Արցախի «Արդարություն» կուսակցության շնորհավորական ուղերձը՝ եռատոնի առիթով

Սիրելի հայրենակիցներ.
Ժողովուրդների պատմությունն այլ բան չէ, քան իրենց գոյամարտի, իրենց հաղթանակների և պարտությունների շարքը: Մայիսը հայ ժողովրդի ողջ պատմության մեջ նշանավորվել է որպես հաղթանակների և վրեժխնդրության ամիս՝ 451 թ. մայիսի 26-ինՄեծ Հայքի հարավ-արևելյան մասում, Ավարայրի դաշտում կերտվեց հայ ժողովրդի պատմության ամենահերոսական էջերից մեկը, որը իր շարունակությունը գտավ Սարդարապատում, Ղարաքիլիսայում, Բաշ Ապարանում և 1992 թվականին Շուշիում: 1992 թ. Մայիսի 8-ի Շուշիի հաղթանակը դարձավ Մեծ Հայքի` Մեծ և կենսունակ Հայաստանի վերականգնման առաջին քայլը:
Ցավոք, հաղթանակները երբեք անարյուն չեն լինում, և դրանց համար պարտական ենք նրանց, ովքեր իրենց կյանքը չխնայեցին հանուն Հայրենիքի, սակայն, միաժամանակ, չպետք է մոռանանք նրանց, ովքեր ոչ պակաս անձնվիրաբար կռվել են հանուն Հայրենիքի և երջանիկ պատահականությամբ կենդանի են մնացել: Մենք պետք է ամեն րոպե, ամեն վայրկյան զգացնենք այդ մարդկանց, թե ինչքան ենք երախտապարտ նրանց իրենց կատարած սխրանքի համար:
Հազարամյա մեր պատմությունը մեզ սովորեցրել է, որ պետություն ունենալու համար տարածքն ու բնակչությունը բավարար չեն: Խելք, քաջություն, հզոր դիվանագիտական ունակություն, արարման ու հաղթելու կիրք, ազնվություն ու նաև արդարության զգացում է պետք ունենալ: Ուստի մենք պետք է վերանայենք մեր բոլոր արտաքին կեցվածքներն ու պարտավորությունները և համաձայնեցնենք դրանք հայրենիքի սուբյեկտայնության պահանջներին։
Ապրե՞լ ենք ուզում՝ լինենք ուժեղ, ուժեղ ազգովի. ահա՛ հրամայականը: Հայ ժողովուրդը դեռ կպարի իր հաղթական քոչարին նաև Շահումյանում, Վանում, Մուշում, Սասունում, Էրզրումում…
Փառք ու պատիվ մայիսի 9-ին ստեղծված Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Պաշտպանության Բանակին ու նրա քաջարի հրամանատարներին՝ թվացյալ խաղաղության այս օրերին Արցախն անխոցելի պահելու, դժվարությամբ ձեռք բերած հաղթանակը հպարտությամբ սերունդներին փոխանցելու համար:
Փառք ու պատիվ փառավոր հաղթանակ տարած Հայրենական Մեծ Պատերազմի վետերաններին, որոնց փորձն ու իմաստնությունը քաջալերեցին և ուղղորդեցին արցախյան ազատամարտի մեր հերոսներին:
Հավերժ փա՛ռք ազգի բոլոր նահատակներին և զորացում ու բարիք ապրող քաջերին:
