Սերժ Սարգսյանի երեկվա հարցազրույցի մեջ ինձ համար ամենակարևոր պահը վերաբերում էր տարածքներ հանձնելու մասին խոսակցություններին, որոնք ըստ էության հերքվեցին ու Սարգսյանը բացառեց, որ նոր Սահմանադրությամբ կարող են որևէ տարածք հանձնել, կամ էլ այլ տարածքների հետ փոխանակել։

Անձմաբ ինձ համար, անկախ նրանից, թե այս Սահմանադրությունը կպահպանվի, թե նորը կընդունվի, առանցքային նշանակություն ունեցող հարցը Արցախի ու մնացյալ Հայաստանի տարածքային ամբողջականության ու անվտանգության ռիսկերն են։

Վերադառնալով նույն հարցազրույցի սկզբի մասին, կարող եմ ասել, որ երկրի պաշտպանությանն ու գերագույն գլխավոր հրամանատարությանը վերաբերող պարզաբանումներում էլ կար տրամաբանություն։ Ասենք հարց չկա, այսօր իրավիճակը Նախագահ-Խորհրդարան պարագայում այնպես է, ինչպես <<Հարսնացուն հյուսիսից>> ֆիլմում․ <<Որ ասում եմ Ես՝ Արուսյակը հետս ա>>։ Սակայն ասենք մի 20 տարի հետո կարող է իրավիճակ փոխվել ու չլինի նույն Սերժ Սարգսյանի պես ազդեցիկ կերպար իշխանություններում ու իրոք կարող է երկրում հաստատվել երկիշխանություն և սառույցի վրա է գրված, որ Արցախյան հակամարտությունը այդ ժամանակ արդեն լուծված կլինի ու առավել ևս՝ Հայաստանը արտաքին թշնամու ներխուժման վտանգի առջև չի լինի։

Այս առումով ամեն ինչ օքեյ ա։ Մնացած առումներով էլ խնդիրը ոչ այնքան սահմանադրության նախագծի ու դրա դրույթների մեջ է, որքան դրանց կյանքի կոչմանը հավատալ-չհավատալու մեջ։ Ասել Սերժ Սարգսյանի, գործ ունենք բարոյական պատասխանատվության մեջ։ Այսինքն, եթե ինչ որ հրաշքով, ՀՀԿ-ն ԱԺ-ում ինչ որ հրաշքով ներկայացված լինի բարոյական ու պրոֆեսիոնալ կազմով, ովքեր տեպակվում են ազգի դարդերով, ապա կարող ենք հրաշալի արդյունքներ գրանցել, բայց ողջ խնդիրը նրանում է, որ նման հեռանկարը հրաշք, կամ էլ ավելի ճիշտ անհնար է թողնում։ Ասել Գորիկ Հակոբյան՝ բացակայում է վստահությունը իշխանությունների նկատմամբ ու ես բնավ վստահ չեմ, որ նոր Սահմանադրությունը բացառելու է, որ խորհրդարանում կհայտնվեն կիսագրագետ ու բռի թալանչիներ, ովքեր պարզապես կոճակ սեղմողի ու անիմաստ աղաղակ բարձրացնելու համար կլինեն։

Ու այս խնդիրը ավելի խորն է, քան Սահմանադրության այս, կամ այն տարբերակը, որովհետև ես նույն մտավախությունն ունենալու եմ անկախ նրանից, թե ինչ արդյունքներ կգրանցվեն հանրաքվեի արդյունքում։ Այնպես որ, հարցազրույցի մասով, կարող եմ ասել, որ վատ չէր, հանրաքվեի մասով էլ՝ այո՛չ
