Բացօթյա հատվածներ չունեցող սրճարանները կշարունակեն մնալ բարդ կացության մեջ

Պարետի որոշմամբ՝ այն սրճարաններն ու ռեստորանները, որոնք ունեն բացօթյա հատվածներ, այսօրվանից վերսկսել են իրենց գործունեությունը: Ոլորտում տիրող խնդիրների և տնտեսվարողների սպասելիքների մասին ԼՈՒՐԵՐ.com-ի թղթակիցը զրուցեց հասարակական սննդի ոլորտի փորձագետ Աշոտ Բարսեղյանի հետ:

 

«Ոչ բոլոր սրճարաններն ունեն բացօթյա հատվածներ, հետևաբար որոշումից օգտվել և գործունեությունը վերսկսել բոլորը չէ, որ կարող են: Դժվար է ասել, թե սրճարանների քանի տոկոսն ունի բացօթյա հատված, բայց նրանք, ովքեր ունեն, բնականաբար ավելի շահավետ դիրքում են, քանի որ ինչ-որ չափով իրենց բիզնեսը կկարողանան դարձնել կառավարելի»,-ասաց նա:

Փորձագետի խոսքով՝ ռեստորանային բիզնեսը շատ դժվար փուլով է անցել և վերականգնման գործընթացը ևս բարդ կլինի և երկար կտևի:

«Ես պատրաստվում եմ բաց նամակ հղել կառավարությանը, կարծում եմ, նրանք պետք է ոլորտին աջակցեն: Նույնիսկ եթե վերաբացվում են սրճարանները, նրանք չեն ունենա այնպիսի շրջանառություն, որպեսզի վճարեն հարկերը, հետևաբար կարևոր է, որ կառավարությունը որոշակի զիջումների գնա: Միայն նման քաղաքականության արդյունքում ռեստորանային բիզնեսը կկարողանա վերականգնվել: Ի վերջո, մենք գործ ունենք 50 հազար հոգանոց ոլորտի հետ»,-ընդգծեց Բարսեղյանը:

Փորձագետի հավաստմամբ՝ սրճարանների բաց հատվածների համար գործում է առանձին տուրք, մինչդեռ նա վստահ է՝ առնվազն այս տարվա համար անհրաժեշտ են հարկային արտոնություններ.«Այն սրճարանները, որոնք չունեն բացօթյա հատվածներ, ցավոք շարունակում են ավելի բարդ կացության մեջ մնալ: Անկախ նրանից, որ չեն գործում՝ տնտեսվարողները վճարում  են աշխատողներին, ինչպես նաև վարձակալության գումարը: Ցավոք, պետք է փաստեմ, որ շատ քիչ դեպքերում են  տարածքի տերերը զիջումների գնում»,-ասաց նա:

Մեր այն հարցին, թե այս ընթացքում եղել են ռեստորաններ կամ սրճարաններ, որոնք փակվել են, Բարսեղյանը պատասխանեց.«Բարդ հարց է, քանի որ բոլորը հույս ունեն վերաբացվելու և ամեն ջանք գործադրում են, որպեսզի վերջնական փակման չհանգեն: Այնուամենայնիվ, մի ռեստորան հաստատ փակվել է և չի վերաբացվելու, իսկ պատկերն ավելի ամբողջական կլինի, երբ սահմանափակումներն ամբողջովին վերանան»:

Փորձագետը նշեց, որ այսօրվա ընթացքում զբոսնել է Կենտրոնով և նկատել, որ սրճարաններում բավականին թվով այցելուներ կան.«Մարդիկ երկու ամիս տանից դուրս չեն եկել և բնական է, որ այսպես պետք է լիներ: Բոլոր տնտեսվարողները ոգևորված աշխատում են: Նրանք կանեն ամեն ինչ, որպեսզի անվտանգության հետ կապված խնդիրներ չլինեն, սա նախևառաջ հեղինակության հարց է: Վստահ եմ՝ շատ-շատերը կանեն ավելին, քան պարետի ցուցումներն են, նրանք գիտակցում են, որ պատասխանատու են ինչպես այցելուների, այնպես էլ իրենց աշխատակիցների առողջության համար»:
