ԱԺ առողջապահության և սոցիալական հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Նաերկ Զեյնալյանը հանձնաժողովի նիստի ժամանակ հայտարարեց, որ համաձայն Աշխատանքի համաշխարհային կազմակերպության հրապարակումների, աշխարհում աշխատուժի 81 տոկոսն ապրում է պարտադիր կամ խորհրդատվական սահմանափակումներ ունեցող երկրներում և տնտեսական հետևանքներն ազդել են համաշխարհային աշխատուժի 3.3մլդ անձանց վրա:

«Համաձայն այդ կանխատեսումների, միջինից բարձր եկամուտ ունեցող երկրներում, որոնց թվում է դասվում նաև ՀՀ-ն, գումարային աշխատաժամերը նվազելու են մոտավորապես 7 տոկոսով, որը կազմում է մոտ 100մլն դրույք աշխատող: Ըստ այդ հրապարակման, առավել խոցելի են կացության և հանրային սննդի, մեծածախ և մանրածախ առևտրի, անշարժ գույքի, մշակող արդյունաբերության, ավտոմեքենաների նորոգման և մի շարք այլ գործունեության ոլորտներ: Եվ ըստ այդ դասակարգիչների` 2020 թվականի հունվարի դրությամբ այդ ոլորտներում ՀՀ-ում աշխատել է 209 հազար քաղաքացի, որոնք կազմում են ընդհանուր աշխատուժի մոտ 35 տոկոսը»,-նշեց նա:

Զեյնալյանի խոսքով` նախորդ տարիներին չգրանցված աշխատողներին բացահայտելու կառավարության ջանքերն արդյունավետ էին, թեև այս ընթացքում` աջակցության պրոցեսում պարզվեց, որ կան դեռևս ՀՀ-ում չգրանցված աշխատողներ և ստեղծված իրավիճակը կարող է նպաստել նաև նրանց աղքատացմանը:

«Այս ամիսներին ընդունված կամ ընդունվելիք օրենքներն ու որոշումները պայմանավորելու են հետվարակային աշխարհում մեր հասարակության դերն ու տեղը, որի առանցքում պետք է լինի առողջ և սոցիալապես ապահով քաղաքացին և գործողությունների տրամաբանությունը պետք է ուղղված լինի այնպես, որ առավելագույնս պահպանվի ծայրահեղ աղքատության նվազեցման տեմպը»,-հավելեց նա:
