Բենզինը կրկին էժանացել է. տնտեսագետը կանխատեսում է՝ դեռ մեկ տարի կարող է պահպանվել այս գինը

Ռեգուլյար տեսակի բենզին այսօր արդեն կարող ես գնել 260 դրամով: Բայց այդ գինը ոչ բոլոր լցակայաններում է: Գները տարբեր լցակայաններում տարբեր են` 280, 300 դրամ: «Բենզինի գինը 2000-ականների սկզբին, երբ ցածր էր, գնի վրա կարևոր ազդեցություն ուներ արտարժույթի փոխարժեքը: Ընդհանուր առմամբ բենզինի գինը ՀՀ-ում եղել է նաև 300 դրամ` մեկ լիտրի դիմաց, բայց տեղին չի լինի այսօրվա իրավիճակն ու նախկինը համեմատել իրար: Բենզինի գների նվազման հիմնական պատճառը նավթի համաշխարհային շուկայում ներկայիս իրավիճակն է: Վերջերս ամերիկյան նավթի գինը նույնիսկ 0-ից ներքև էր իջել, այսինքն բացասական գին էր ձևավորվել և դա չէր կարող ընդհանուր ազդեցություն չունենար, չնայած նավթի մյուս տեսակներն այդչափ գնանկում չէր ունեցել, բայց շուկայում դեռևս այդ իրավիճակը պահպանվում է»,- ArmDaily.am-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց տնտեսագետ Թադեւոս Ավետիսյանը։

 

Թե որքան կտևի գնանկումը, տնտեսագետի խոսքով` դա կախված է մի քանի հանգամանքներից:

«Առաջինը դա նավթի շուկայում գոնե միջնաժամկետ, նավթ արդյունահանողների պայմանավորվածություններից է կախված, այսինքն, թե նրանք ինչպիսի սահմանափակումների շուրջ կպայմանավորվեն, նույն ՕՊԵԿ անդամ երկրները, Ռուսաստանը, ԱՄՆ-ն և այլն: Դա ավելի շատ քաղաքական խնդիր է: Երկրորդ հանգամանքը պայմանավորված է կորոնավիրուսով, որովհետև դրա հետևանքով նավթի համաշխարհային պահանջարկը անհամեմատելի կրճատվել է: Նույն տրանսպորտային ոլորտի, սահմանափակումների առումով, որոնք բերում են նավթային ռեսուրսի պահանջարկի էական կրճատման և հետևաբար դա գնանակման գործոն է: Թե որքան կտևի այս իրավիճակը և բնականոն կյանքի երբ կվերադառնանք, հետևաբար նաև կունենանք միջին պահանջարկի ցուցանիշ, որը կար մինչ համաճարակը, դա էլ է անորոշ, որովհետև, ըստ էության, տարբեր ժամանակահատվածներ են նշվում և այստեղ կան ոչ տնտեսական գործոններ: Երբ նավթի շուկան կկայունանա, լինելու է գների բարձրացում, քանի որ այս գինն ավելի շատ այդ գործոններով է պայմանավորված և ժամանակավոր գին է և գների բարձրացումից հետո գները բնականաբար կբարձրանան նաև ներկրող երկրներում, այդ թվում նաև ՀՀ-ում: Կարծում եմ` դեռևս մեկ տարի այս իրավիճակը այս կամ այն ձևով կպահպանվի, որոշակի փոփոխություններով: Հնարավոր է, որոշակիորեն այս իրավիճակից որոշ դրական արդյունքներ քաղել, իհարկե մեծ չեն հնարավորությունները, մանավանդ այն ոլորտներում, որտեղ նավթը, բենզինը համարվում են հիմնական օգտագործվող ռեսուրսներ:Կան նաև բացասական հետևանքներ սրանից, որը կապված է ՌԴ-ի տնտեսական իրավիճակի հետ, որտեղ նավթի գինն ուղղակիորեն պայմանավորում է ՌԴ տնտեսությունը և նաև ռուսական ռուբլին, իսկ դրանք չեն կարող անհետևանք մնալ մեր տնտեսության վրա»:

Հարցին` արդյոք նույն կանխատեսումները նաև հեղուկ գազի մասով կան, տնտեսագետը նշեց. «Ընդհանուր առմամբ գազի և նավթի գինը համաշխարհային շուկայում փոխառնչվում են և նաև սա է պայմանավորում հեղուկ գազի գնի նվազում, որովհետև սրանք փոխարինող ապրանքներ են: Գազի գնագոյացումը համեմատական է նավթի գներին և բնականաբար այստեղ գնանկումը չէր կարող չազդել գազի գնի վրա: Հեղուկ գազի գինն ավելի ածանցյալ է նավթի գներին և բնականաբար, քանի դեռ նավթի շուկան չի կայունացել, դժվար է ասել, որ կկայունանա գազի գների շուկան»:

Նշենք, որ հեղուկ գազը նույնպես էժանացել է։ Եթե մինչ արտակարգ դրությունն այն արժեքր 180 դրամ, այժմ այն կարող ես ձեռք բերել 99 դրամով:
