Կառավարությունը հաստատեց որոշումը․ աջակցություն կտրամադրվի գազի, էլեկտրաէներգիայի և ջրի ծախսի վճարման համար՝ մինչև 50 տոկոս

Կառավարությունը մայիսի 4-ին հաստատել է կորոնավիրուսի տնտեսական հետևանքների չեզոքացման 16-րդ միջոցառումը, որի նպատակն է օժանդակել կորոնավիրուսի տարածման հետևանքով գոյացած դժվարությունների արդյունքում սոցիալական խնդիրների առջը կանգնած մի խումբ անձնան։
Այս միջոցառման շահառու են հանդիսանում
1․ բնական գազի մատակարարման և էլեկտրական էներգիայի մատակարարման պայմանագիր կնքած այն բնակիչ բաժանորդները, որոնց 2020 թվականի փետրվար ամսվա ծախսը կազմել է․
ա) բնական գազի սպառման գծով՝ 30.001 – 40.000 դրամ ներառյալ,
բ) էլեկտրական էներգիայի սպառման գծով՝ 10.001-25.000 դրամ ներառյալ, բացառությամբ․
այց ցանկում ներառված չգազաֆիկացված բնակավայրերի էլեկտրական էներգիայի մատակարարման պայմանագիր կնքած այն բնակիչ բաժանորդները, որոնց 2020 թվականի փետրվար ամսվա էլեկտրական էներգիայի սպառման գծով ծախսը կազմել է մինչև 25․000 դրամ ներառյալ։
2․ Խմելու ջրի մատակարարման և (կամ) ջրահեռացման պայմանագիր կնքած այն բնակիչ բաժանորդները, որոնց 2020 թվականի մարտ ամսվա ծախսը կազմել է մինչև 3000 դրամ ներառյալ։
Աջակցություն տրամադրվում է․
յուրաքանչյուր բաժանորդի կողմից 2020 թվականի փետրվար ամսվա ընթացքում սպառված համապատասխանաբար բնական գազի և էլեկտրական էներգիայի դիմաց վճարի 30 տոկոսի չափով, իսկ վերոնշյալ բացառության դեպքում՝ էլեկտրական էներգիայի դիմաց վճարի 50 տոոկսի չափով։
Խմելու ջրի մատակարարման և (կամ) ջրահեռացման ծառայության դիմաց վճարի աջակցությունը կտրամադրվի 50 տոկոսի չափով։
Որոշված ընդհանուր գումարը փոխանցվում է բնական գազ, էլեկտրական էներգիա մատակարարող ընկերություններին, «Վեոլիա ջուր» ընկերությանը՝ հետագայում բնակիչներին փոխանցելու պայմանով։ Պարտքի առկայության դեպքում գումարն ուղղվում է բնակիչ բաժանորդի ունեցած պարտի մարմանը, իսկ դրա բացակայության դեպքում՝ ձևակերպվում որպես կանխավճար։
