Մայիսի 4-ից իրավիճակը դուրս կգա վերահսկողությունից. է «Այլընտրանքային նախագծեր խումբ»

«Պսևդոարտակարգ դրությունից անցումը մայիսի 4-ից նախատեսվող ռեժիմի թուլացմանը մեծ ռիսկեր է պարունակում։  Այս մասին ասվում է «Այլընտրանքային նախագծեր խմբի» «Հնարավոր մեծ սխալի նախաշեմին» վերնագրված հոդվածում:

«Սահմանափակումների թուլացումը կատարվում է անպատրաստ, առանց հետագա ռազմավարություն ունենալու։

Վերջին օրերի ցուցանիշները ոչ մի լավ բան չեն ասում, ավելին՝ բավականին մտահոգիչ են։ Առողջապահության նախարարի հայտարարությունը, որ ընդամենը 5-6 օր կարող են ձգել, հետո կանցնեն մյուս սցենարներին, նշանակում է՝ համակարգը կանխատեսում է հիվանդների թվի զգալի աճ։

Որքան հասկանում ենք՝ մյուս սցենարներ կոչվածը ասիմպտոմ և թեթև հիվանդներին հիվանդանոց չտանելն է, տանը պահելը։

Հայաստանյան բնակարանային պայմաններում սա բերելու է հիվանդների թվի կտրուկ աճի։ Երկու պատճառով՝ ա/ բնակչության մեծ մասը չունի տանը մեկուսանալու բնակարանային պայմաններ, բ/ չկա սոցիալական գրագիտության պատշաճ մակարդակ։ Այս երկուսը միասին կարող են բերել անկառավարելի վիճակի։

Չի կարելի գնալ լոքդաունի թուլացման՝ առանց տեստավորման հնարավորությունների կտրուկ աճի։ Թուլացնում ես կարանտինի ռեժիմը, ուրեմն պետք է զուգահեռ էապես մեծացնել տեստավորման քանակը։ Սա է աշխարհում ընդունված նորմը։ Վերջին 5 օրերի տեստավորման քանակները առանց այն էլ քիչ են՝ օրական՝ 936, 893, 747, 616, 589:

Մայիսի 4-ից իրավիճակը դուրս կգա վերահսկողությունից։

Որոշումներ ընդունելիս միշտ պետք է հաշվի առնել հայաստանյան հասարակության մի զգալի մասի ցածր գիտակցությունը, համակեցության ոչ բավարար մշակույթը։ Սա օբյեկտիվ փաստ է, որն ազդելու է  առաջիկա իրականության վրա։

Կարանտինի թուլացման փուլը ամբողջ աշխարհում առ այս պահը նորություն է, ինչ-որ իմաստով՝ վիճակախաղի տրամաբանությամբ։ Չկա որևէ ստույգ կանխատեսում, հաշվարկ։ Այդ պատճառով էլ պետք է անել նախապատրաստական զգալի աշխատանք։ Տեստերի քանակը դրանցից մեկն է։ Մյուս կարևոր նախապայմանը հիվանդանոցային ռեզերվային տեղեր ունենալն է. աշխարհում սկսեցին թուլացման գնալ այն պահից, երբ տեսան, որ ինտենսիվ թերապիայի սենյակներում բավարար ռեզերվային տեղեր ունեն։ Մեզ մոտ այս կտրուկ թուլացման պայմաններում չի բացառվում, որ վարակն արագ տարածվի, ու լինի միջին և ծանր հիվանդների կտրուկ աճ։

Առաջարկում ենք՝ մայիսի 4-ից գնալ ոչ թե թուլացման, այլ լրիվ հակառակը՝ նվազագույնը մեկ շաբաթով կարանտինի ռեժիմի խստացման։ Այդ ժամանակն օգտագործել նախապատրաստական աշխատանքների, ինչպես նաև՝ իրավիճակն ավելի օբյեկտիվ հասկանալու համար։ Ռեժիմի թուլացմանն ուղեկցող նախազգուշական միջոցառումների մասին կարևոր տեղեկատվություն տարածել։ Հակառակ պարագայում տպավորություն է, որ իշխանությունը իր պատասխանատվությունը գցում է քաղաքացիների վրա»։
