Կորոնավիրուսը կարող է վտանգավոր լինել սրտի համար, նույնիսկ եթե պացիենտը սրտանոթային հիվանդություններ չունի
LIFECOVID-19-ի դեպքում վտանգավոր բարդությունների հետ ավելի հաճախ բախվում են այն պացիենտները, որոնք առողջության հետ կապված քրոնիկ խնդիրներ ունեն։ Ինչպես հաստատում է Վենսթմինսթերյան համալսարանի սրտաբանական հետազոտությունների պատվավոր գիտաշխատող դոկտոր Դեւիդ Գեյզը, COVID-19-ով պացիենտների մոտ 10%-ը տառապում է սրտի հիվանդություններով, շաքարախտով եւ հիպերտոնիայով։ Ընդ որում, այնպիսի հիվանդություններ, ինչպիսին են ասթման կամ թոքերի քրոնիկ օբստրուկտիվ հիվանդությունը (ԹՔՕՀ) ծանր բարդությունների վիճակագրության մեջ զբաղեցնում են ընդամենը 6%-ը։ Նման տվյալներ արտացոլվել են Չինաստանից, Իտալիայից, Մեծ Բրիտանիայից եւ ԱՄՆ-ից պացիենտների մասին զեկույցներում։
Ինչպես պարզվել է, բոլոր ծանր դեպքերում կորոնավիրուսը խթանում է բորբոքային ռեակցիայի առաջացում, որը կոչվում է միոկարդիտ։ Վիրուսը կարող է վարակել սրտի բջիջները՝ առաջացնելով մկանային հյուսվածքի ուժեղ բորբոքում եւ թուլացնելով արյուն մղելու ու բոլոր օրգանները թթվածնով մատակարարելու սրտի ունակությունը։ Այդ մասին հաղորդում են Նյու Յոքի Mount Sinai Health System hospitals-ի գիտնականները։
medRxiv կայքում հրապարակված հետազոտության մեջ գիտնականները հայտնել են, որ տրոպոնինի՝ մկանային կրճատումներին մասնակցող մշտական սպիտակուցի մակարդակի բարձրացում դիտարկվել է Մաունթ Սինայի հիվանդանոցներից մեկի 2736 պացիենտներից համարյա 40%-ի մոտ։
COVID-19-ով հոսպիտալացված պացիենտների 20%-ից պակասը ունեցել է ավելի քան 0,09 նգ/մլ տրոպոնին, սակայն նույնիսկ այդպիսի ցուցանիշներով մարդիկ ունեցել են մահացության զգալիորեն ավելի բարձր ռիսկ՝ համեմատած նրանց հետ, որոնց մոտ տրոպոնինը եղել է ռեֆերենտային միջակայքի սահմաններում։ Բացի այդ, պացիենտների 2%-ը ունեցել է տրոպոնինի 2 նգ/մլ մակարդակ, ինչը վկայում է ծանր բարդությունների մասին։
Իրենց հետեւություններում հետազոտողները շեշտադրել են տրոպոնինի մակարդակը որպես ռիսկի մարկեր օգտագործելու անհրաժեշտությունը, որը կօգնի բժիշկներին նվազեցնել միոկարդի վնասվածքները։
