Լրատվամիջոցների համար Պետռեգիստրի տվյալներն այսօրվանից հասանելի են անվճար հիմունքով. հայտի լրացման ձևը հաստատվել է
SOCIETYԼրատվական գործունեություն իրականացնողների համար Արդարադատության նախարարության Իրավաբանական անձանց պետական ռեգիստրի գործակալության գրանցամատյանում առկա տեղեկություններն այսուհետ հասանելի կլինեն անվճար հիմունքով: Նշենք, որ նախկինում յուրաքանչյուր իրավաբանական անձի վերաբերյալ տեղեկություն ստանալու համար ԶԼՄ-ները վճարում էին պետական տուրք:
Այսօրվանից ուժի մեջ է մտել նախօրեին հրապարակված ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարի «Լրատվական գործունեություն իրականացնողների՝ իրավաբանական անձանց պետական միասնական գրանցամատյանում առկա տեղեկություններին հասանելիություն տրամադրելու հայտերի ձևերը հաստատելու մասին» հրամանը: Լրատվական գործունեություն իրականացնող իրավաբանական անձինք ու անհատ ձեռնարկատերերն այսօրվանից կարող են լրացված հայտերը՝ կից փաստաթղթերով ներկայացնել ՀՀ ԱՆ իրավաբանական անձանց պետական ռեգիստրի գործակալության այս պահին գործող տարածքային սպասարկման գրասենյակներ:
Միաժամանակ, հաշվի առնելով Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում արտակարգ դրություն հայտարարված լինելը և Հանրապետության տարածքում տեղաշարժման իրավունքի առկա սահմանափակումները՝ տեղեկացնում ենք, որ մինչև արտակարգ դրության ավարտը նշված հայտերը կարող են ներկայացվել նաև էլեկտրոնային եղանակով՝ հայտը և կից փաստաթղթերն ուղարկելով [email protected] էլեկտրոնային փոստի հասցեին: Հայտի և կից փաստաթղթերի ուսումնասիրության արդյունքները կամփոփվեն հայտը մուտքագրվելուց հետո՝ եռօրյա ժամկետում:
Լրատվական գործունեություն իրականացնող իրավաբանական անձանց ու անհատ ձեռնարկատերերի համար նման հնարավորության նախատեսումը կամրապնդի հետաքննող լրագրության և մամուլի ազատության երաշխիքները, կնպաստի նրանց կողմից հանրությանն առավել ճշգրիտ և համապարփակ տեղեկատվություն տրամադրելուն:
Հիշեցնենք, որ այդ բարեփոխումը բխում է Կառավարության 2019-2023 թվականների գործունեության միջոցառումների ծրագրից, իսկ դրան ուղղված օրենսդրական փաթեթն Ազգային ժողովի կողմից ընդունվել է 2020 թվականի մատի 6-ին և ուժի մեջ մտել ապրիլի 11-ին:
