ՓՄՁ-ները կանգնած են փաստի առաջ
POLITICSՀՀ-ում արտակարգ դրությունով պայմանավորված՝ արդեն երկու ամիս է` երկրում գործող տաբեր տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտներ չեն աշխատում, մատնված են հարկադիր պարապուրդի, որն իր ուղղակի ազդեցությունն է ունենալու տնտեսության վրա։
Ըստ տարբեր փորձագետների կանխատեսումների, առաջիկայում մի շարք սուբյեկտներ լուրջ խնդիրներ ու ֆինանսական պրոբլեմներ են ունենալու։
Տարբեր գնահատականներով, ներկայումս ՓՄՁ ոլորտում լուրջ խնդիրներ են առաջացել՝ կապված ապրանքաշրջանառության հետ, մարդիկ չեն կարողանում առևտուր իրականացնել, քանի որ մի կողմից՝ շատերն ուղղակի փող չունեն, մյուս կողմից՝ օնլայն հարթակներով պատվերներով շատերը չէ, որ կարող են դիմանալ ու պահել բիզնեսը։
ՓՄՁ-ներից մեկի սեփականատերը «Փաստ» թերթի լրագրողի հետ զրույցում նշել է, որ անգամ աշխատող ՓՄՁ-ներն այսօր կանգնած են լուրջ փաստի առաջ, քանի որ, չնայած մասնավորաբար մթերային խանութները արտակարգ դրության պայմաններում աշխատում են, սակայն թաղային փոքր խանութների գերակշիռ մեծամասնությունը վերադարձել է «հին , բարի ժամանակներին» ու առևտուրն իրականացնում է «տետրով», այսինքն՝ պարտքով։
Ընդ որում, որևէ նույնիսկ մշուշոտ պատկերացում չունեն, թե երբ կարող են հետ ստանալ այդ գումարները:
Հավելենք նաև, որ, ըստ էության, ՓՄՁ-ի համար կանխատեսվող հաջորդ հարցը կապված է վարձակալության վարձավճարների հետ, քանի որ վարձով տրվող տարածքների տերերը նույնպես խնդիրների առջև են, և նրանք իրենց հերթին գումարի կարիք ունեն։
Չնայած նախօրեին էկոնոմիկայի փոխնախարարն իր ասուլիսում «փառահեղ» հայտարարություն էր արել՝ նշելով, որ եթե վարձակալությունը թանկ է, տնտեսվարողները կարող են փոխել տեղակայումը՝ ավելի հարմար գնով տարածք ունենալու նպատակով, սակայն նման «խորհուրդը» հազիվ թե որևէ օգուտ տա. այն շատ ավելի նման էր հնդկաձավարի ու ոսպի փոխարինիչների թեմային...
