Իսկ ի՞նչ անեն բազմահազար մեր այլ հայրենակիցները.
POLITICSՇատ ուրախալի և հաճելի է, որ արագորեն լուծվում են վարչապետի կողմից «մուննաթի» արժանացած կուրթանցի Մեխակի, ապրիլի 24-ին սահմանափակումների մասին անտեղյակ Ծիծեռնակաբերդի հուշահամալիր բարձրանալ փորձող և կեսգիշերից երկու ժամ անց «պաշտոնական» ուղեկցությամբ ծաղիկ խոնարհած Արտուշ պապի, վարչապետին նամակ գրած և անձնագրայինի հետ խնդիր ունեցող տիկնոջ խնդիրները: Գուցե նման մեկ-երկու դեպք էլ հնարավոր լինի հիշել, որ անցած երկու տարում որևէ անհատի հարց է կարգավորվել:
Շնորհակալ ու դրվատանքի արժանի գործ է արվել, անշուշտ:
Ցավն այն է, որ մեր հասարակության մեջ Մեխակի, Արտուշ պապի կամ հիշյալ տիկնոջ նման քաղաքացիները չափազանց շատ են, նրանք էլ ունեն ապրուստի, օրվա հացի խնդիր, նրանք էլ ունեն աշխատանքի խնդիր, նրանք էլ պետական մարմինների հետ անընդհատ խնդիրներ են ունենում, նրանք էլ բազմաթիվ նամակներ են ուղարկում տարբեր պաշտոնյաների կամ հենց վարչապետին:
Սակայն այդ մարդկանց հարցերը չեն լուծվում, չեն կարգավորվում, նրանց նամակները կա՛մ մնում են անպատասխան, կամ այնպիսի պատասխան են ստանում, որ հավասար է անպատասխանի:
Կարևոր չէ, թե այն օրինակները, որոնց պարագայում հարցի լուծում է տրվում, որքանով են տեղավորվում երջանիկ պատահականության, կամ, ինչպես «չար լեզուներն» են նշում, շոուի շրջանակներում: Կարևորն այն է, թե ի՞նչ պիտի անեն նրանք, որոնց խնդիրները ոչ մի կերպ լուծում չեն ստանում, ի՞նչ քայլեր պիտի ձեռնարկեն՝ ուշադրության արժանանալու, աղմուկի պատճառ դառնալու համար:
Ոչինչ, թող լուծվեն թեկուզ տեղեկատվական ինտենսիվ թմբկահարման գնով, երբ իշխանությունն իր պարտականությունների կատարման մեկ-երկու դրվագն ամբողջ ուժով լուսաբանում է, իսկ մշտապես մարդկանց կողքին կանգնած գործարարների բարեգործությանը «անուն կպցնում»: Կարևորը՝ ոչ թե մի քանիսի, այլ շատշատերի խնդիրները լուծվեն:
