SOCIETYԻնչ է լինելու «Հակատուբերկուլյոզային դիսպանսեր» փակ բաժնետիրական ընկերության շենքը այդ դիսպանսերի լուծարումից հետո: Երեւանի ավագանու այսօրվա՝ ապրիլի 28-ի նիստում նման հարց ուղղեց ԲՀԿ խմբակցության անդամ Միքայել Մանրիկյանը:
Լուծարման որոշումը ներկայացնող Քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակազմի առողջապահության վարչության պետ Կամսար Բաբինյանը պատասխանեց. «Շենքը գտնվում է բավականին լավ վիճակում, ինձ թվում է կլինեն բիզնես առաջարկներ: Եթե լինեն առաջարկներ, կքննարկենք»:
Միքայել մանրիկյանն էլ արձագանքեց. «Այսինքն մենք էլի նույն քաղաքականությունն ենք տանում, հիմնարկը լուծարելու, բուժհաստատությունները մասնավոր կառավարման հանձնելու մասնավոր սեկտորին: Սենց ո՞ւր պետք է գնանք: Քաղաքապետարանը դիմել է առողջապահության նախարարություն՝ դիսպանսերի համար պետպատվեր տրամադրելու համար, բայց նախարարությունը չի տրամադրել: Փաստացի ստացվել է, որ այս լուծարումը նախարարության քմահաճույքի հետեւանք է: Այն դեպքում, երբ Նոր Մարաշի հիվանդանոցը կատարում է 170 մլն դրամի պետպատվեր, նախարարությունը «քցոցիով» այդ 170 մլ դրամը դեռ չի փոխանցել:
Նա կոչ արեց բոլորին պահանջել կառավարությունից այդ գումարը փոխանցել քաղաքի բյուջե:
Երեւանի քաղաքապետ Հայկ Մարությանը նշեց, որ կողմ է գումարը փոխանցելու պահանջին:
