Բացահայտվել է ավելի քան 22 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլարի կաշառք տալու դեպք․ ԱԱԾ
SOCIETYՀայաստանի Հանրապետության ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը, հավատարիմ լինելով կոռուպցիայի տարաբնույթ դրսևորումներն արմատախիլ անելու սկզբունքին, դրա հակազդմանը և հանցավոր ճանապարհով ձեռք բերված եկամուտներն օրինականացնելու դեմ պայքարում օրենքով իրեն վերապահված գործառույթների շրջանակներում, ՀՀ պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի մի շարք բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց կողմից պաշտոնեական լիազորությունները չարաշահելու դեպքերի առթիվ ՀՀ ԱԱԾ քննչական դեպարտամենտում հարուցած և քննվող քրեական գործով ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների և քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում ստացել է փաստական տվյալներ այն մասին, որ մի շարք տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտների՝ այդ թվում ՀՀ խոշոր հարկատուների ցանկում ընդգրկված կոնցեռնի գլխավոր տնօրենը, ՀՀ կառավարությանն առընթեր պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի նախագահի, այնուհետև՝ ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարի պաշտոնը զբաղեցրած և նշված ժամանակահատվածում իշխանության ներկայացուցչի գործառույթներ մշտապես իրականացրած, գործադիր իշխանության ղեկավար պաշտոնատար անձին՝ վերջինիս որդիների միջոցով, տվել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով` 22.401.000 ԱՄՆ դոլարի կաշառք, նշված բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձի կողմից ծառայության գծով ընդհանուր հովանավորչության, վերջինիս ղեկավարման ներքո գտնվող հարկային և մաքսային մարմինների կողմից իր ներկայացրած առևտրային կազմակերպությունների գործունեության համար խոչընդոտներ չստեղծելու, վարչական մարմինների միջամտությունից նշված ընկերությունների տնտեսական գործունեությունը հնարավորինս զերծ պահելու, պետական մարմինների վերահսկողական գործառույթները մեղմելու և համապատասխան հիմքերի առկայության դեպքում առավել բարենպաստ վարչական ակտեր կայացնելու համար:
Պաշտոնյայի որդիների նախաձեռնությամբ նշված գումարի հանցավոր ծագումը թաքցնելու, դրա իրական բնույթը, ծագման աղբյուրը, տնօրինման եղանակը խեղաթյուրելու, իրական պատկանելիությունը թաքցնելու նպատակով, նշված ձեռնարկատերը 2011 թվականի ընթացքում կաշառքի առարկա հանդիսացող հիշյալ գումարը փոխանցել է վերջիններիս մատնանշած և նրանց հետ փոխկապակցված՝ արտերկրում գրանցված ոչ ռեզիդենտ կազմակերպությունների հաշվեհամարներին, իսկ գործարքի հանցավոր բնույթը թաքցնելու և քողարկելու համար ձևականորեն կնքվել է փոխառության 2 պայմանագրեր:
ՀՀ ԱԱԾ քննչական դեպարտամենտում քննվող քրեական գործի շրջանակներում ձեռք բերված փոխկապակցված, հավաստի բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտի ղեկավարին առաջադրվել է մեղադրանք ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի համապատասխան հոդվածներով, իսկ որպես խափանման միջոց դատարանի կողմից ընտրվել է կալանավորումը:
Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում տևական և քողարկված հակաիրավական գործունեությանը ներգրավված անձանց ամբողջական շրջանակը, բանկային փոխանցումներով օրինականացված եկամուտների վերջնական տեղաշարժը և դրանց հասցեատերերին պարզելու, հանցավոր ճանապարհով ձեռք բերված գույքի բռնագանձումն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ:
