ՀՀԿ փոխնախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանը Ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում գրում է.

«Մի քանի օր առաջ տեղեկություն հրապարակեցի այն մասին, որ Եվրոպական Միության մակրոֆինանսական աջակցության ծրագրով բաշխվել է մոտ 3 մլրդ € եւ Հայաստանն այս ծրագրով որեւէ աջակցություն չի ստացել։ 

Գրառմանս հետեւած իշխանական եւ մերձիշխանական շրջանակների բուռն ու ցավոտ արձագանքը վկայեց այն մասին, որ հերթական անգամ հարվածս հասել է նրանց «վերարտադրողական» համակարգին։

Այս հարցը բարձրացնելուց հետո նրանք խուճապահար 3 տիպի պատասխաններ փորձեցին տալ։

Ա) Փաշինյանի անձնական սպասարկու հանդիսացող, ալամ-աշխարհի բոլոր հարցերի մասնագետ գրանտակեր շրջանակները իրենց կայքով փորձեցին առաջ տանել այն թեզը, թե իբր Հայաստանին ԵՄ-ն չի աջակցել, քանզի հեռավոր 2013 թվականին մենք չստորագրեցինք Ասոցիացման համաձայնագիրը՝ իրականում ԵՄ-ի այդ օրերի ղեկավարության կողմից խաղի կանոնները փոխելու պատճառով։ Թե ինչքանով են տգետ ու անուղեղ այս տիպի գնահատականները, կհամոզվեք մի քանի տող ներքեւ, կետ Գ-ում։

Բ) Վարկային միջոցներ ներգրավելու հարցում ոչ մեկիդ կարծիքի կարիքը չունենք, ինքան, ումից եւ երբ կուզենք՝ կվերցնենք։ Այս կարծիքը հայտնել է ԱԺ-ում կարեւոր պաշտոն զբաղեցնող մի անձ, որի ոչ անձնական տվյալները, ոչ մեկուկես տարում «կատարած» աշխատանքը, անկախ պարգեւավճարային եւ գործուղումների օրապահիկային դոպինգից ձեզ ոչինչ չի ասի։ Այս մոտեցման լկտիությունը օրինակելի է ոչ միայն դա արտաբերող անձի «ոչմիբանության» պատճառով, այլ այն հանգամանքով, որ նրանք դեմագոգիկ-անգրագետ էքստազի մեջ խոստովանում են, որ թքած ունեն իրենցից շատ ավելի տեղյակ մարդկանց կարծիքի վրա։

Գ)Վերջապես, կառավարության կազմի ներկայացուցիչներից մեկն էլ գրեց, որ Հայաստանին գումարն առաջարկվել է, բայց մերոնք դեռ ձայն չեն հանել այս հարցով։ Վերջին կարծիքը դիտարժան է նախեւառաջ այն պատճառով, որ չախում-ոչնչացնում է «նախկիններին» մեղադրող սուտի-ՀԿ-ականների եւ կվազիանկախ պատգամավորներին պատկանող մեդիայի իրենց նման պարզունակ եւ ստահոդ պնդումները ( տես կետ Ա)։

Սիրտս վկայում է, որ այս խմորը դեռ շատ ջուր է քաշելու։ Ուստի տարաբնույթ միաբջիջ «խմորիչներին» կդրդեմ ոտքի տակ չընկնել»։
