Դիլիջանի պետական քոլեջի աշխատակիցներին ազատում են աշխատանքից. ահազանգում է նախկին աշխատակիցը
SOCIETYԴիլիջանի պետական քոլեջում ապօրինություններ են տեղի ունենում: Պատճառը տնօրենն է, ով աշխատակիցներին ազատում է աշխատանքից կամ կրճատում նրանց հաստիքները: Այս մասին ԼՈՒՐԵՐ.com-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց քոլեջի նախկին աշխատակիցներից Անուշ Խանզադյանը: Վերջինս նշում է, որ տնօրենն աշխատանքից ազատում է այն աշխատակիցներին, որոնց ինքը չի ընդունել:
«Դիլիջանի պետական քոլեջի ներկայիս տնօրեն Գոհար Անտոնյանն սկսել է պաշտոնավարել 2017թ-ից: Սակայն, մեկ տարի անց նա ազատվում է աշխատանքից, քանի որ քոլեջում անցկացված տեսչական և աուդիտորական ստուգումների արդյունքում ի հայտ են եկել բազմաթիվ խախտումներ, նա ստացել է երկու նկատողություն, պարզվել է, որ քոլեջը ունի 6 մլն կրեդիտորական պարտք: Նույն այդ ժամանակահատվածում տնօրենի պաշտոնակատար է նշանակում Վահագն Հովհաննիսյանին, ով ամուսինս է և աշխատում էր այլ հաստատությունում»,-ասաց Խանզադյանը:
Նա պատմեց, որ տնօրեն Անտոնյանն, այնուամենայնիվ, կարողանում է նորից վերադառնալ պաշտոնին՝ դատարանում բեկանելով աշխատանքից ազատման հրամանը. «Նա անաշխատունակության թերթիկ է ներկայացրել ԿԳՆ, հարկ եմ համարում նշել, որ նրա ամուսինը Դիլիջան քաղաքի շտապօգնության բժիշկ է»:
Խանզադյանը նշեց, որ, վերադառնալով երեխայի խնամքի արձակուրդից, պարզում է, որ իր հաստիքը չկա, քանի որ նախկին տնօրեն Անտոնյանն իր հաստիքը չի ներառել հաստիքացուցակում, ուստի նրան առաջարկում են այլ հաստիք: Այդ ընթացքում քոլեջը՝ տնօրենի պաշտոնակատար Վահագն Հովհաննիսյանի ղեկավարությամբ շարունակում է բնականոն աշխատել, լուծվում են ֆինանսական խնդիրները:
«2019 թ-ի նոյեմբերին Գոհար Անտոնյանը նորից վերադառնում է տնօրենի պաշտոնին: Մենք մի քանի ամիս աշխատեցինք, բայց 2020թ-ի փետրվարի 10-ին ստացա գրավոր ծանուցում՝ աշխատանքից ազատելու մասին: Ի պատասխան իմ բանավոր հարցմանը՝ նա պատասխանեց, որ քոլեջը չունի համապատասխան ֆինանսական միջոցներ, որպեսզի ինձ այլ հաստիքի տեղափոխի և նշեց, որ ես ոչ մի հաստիքի չեմ համապատասխանում: Սա այն դեպքում, երբ ունեմ բարձրագույն կրթություն և 15 տարվա աշխատանքային փորձ, որից 5 տարին՝ քոլեջում»,-ընդգծեց նա:
Մեր զրուցակիցը սրտնեղեց, որ տնօրենն իր համար ոչ սիրելի մարդկանց ազատում է աշխատանքից կամ հաստիքը կրճատում, մինչդեռ իր մտերիմների համար կարողանում է հաստիք գտնել. «Ինձ և մի քանի այլ աշխատակիցների նա ազատել է աշխատանքից, մի մասի հաստիքներն էլ կրճատել է: Արդեն փաստաբան ունեմ, դատարան եմ դիմելու, որպեսզի վերադառնամ աշխատանքի»:
