Բուհ ընդունվել մեկ քննությամբ. որքանո՞վ է ճիշտ որոշումը
SOCIETYՔիչ առաջ ԿԳՄՍ նախարար Արայիկ Հարությունյանը ֆեյսբուքյան ուղիղ եթերում խոսեց այն մասին, թե այս տարի ինչպես կիրականացվեն բուհերի ընդունելության քննությունները: Նա, մասնավորապես, նշեց, որ բուհ ընդունվողները միայն մեկ առարկայից են քննություն հանձնելու, բնականաբար, մասնագիտությամբ պայմանավորված՝ այդ առարկան տարբեր է լինելու: Թեմայի շուրջ ԼՈՒՐԵՐ.com-ի թղթակիցը զրուցեց կրթության փորձագետ Ատոմ Մխիթարյանի հետ:
«Ես հույս ունեմ, որ այդ որոշումը կայացվել է տարբեր շահառու կողմերի հետ քննարկումների արդյունքում: Գիտեմ, որ առաջարկ է եղել, որպեսզի քննություններն ավելի ուշ տեղափոխել, այդպիսով իսկ հնարավորություն տալ դիմորդներին բաց թողնված դասերը լրացնել և քննություններն ավելի լավ հանձնել»,-ասաց նա:
Փորձագետն ընդգծեց, որ հայոց լեզուն պարտադիր պետք է լիներ քննությունների ցանկում՝ անկախ ընտրված մասնագիտությունից, քանի որ դա մեր մայրենի լեզուն է:
Մխիթարյանը նշեց, որ ստեղծված իրավիճակում լավագույն տարբերակին հասնելու համար կարևոր է բոլոր շահագրգիռ կողմերի կարծիքը հաշվի առնել և նոր միայն որոշում կայացնել. «Պետք է կարևորել յուրաքանչյուրի կարծիքը՝ սովորողների, սովորեցնողների, ծնողների: Ես չգիտեմ՝ մինչև որոշում կայացնելը, նախարարաությունն անցել է այդ փուլերը, թե ոչ: Լավ կլիներ, որ նախ քննարկումը լիներ և նոր որոշում կայացվեր, քանի որ լավագույն որոշման հնարավոր է միայն այդ տարբերակով հասնել»:
Փորձագետը չբացառեց, որ որոշումը միակողմանի է եղել և հնարավոր է դեռ լինեն փոփոխություններ:
«Թե որքանով է սա լավագույն, ինչպես նաև ամենաարդյունավետ որոշումը՝ ցույց կտա ժամանակը: Ես շատ եմ ցանկանում, որ կրթության ոլորտում որոշումներ կայացնողները հասանելի լինեն և անընդհատ կապի մեջ լինեն սովորողների, սովորեցնողների և ծնողների հետ և դա իրականացնելու համար լինեն հարթակներ, որպեսզի մարդիկ կարողանան իրենց տեսակետը հայտնել»,-հավելեց Մխիթարյանը:
