ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի եւ սպորտի նախարարությունը եւ Ասիական զարգացման բանկը (ADB) կորոնավիրուսի տարածմամբ պայմանավորված արտակարգ դրության եւ հեռավար կրթության պայմաններում աշակերտներին, ուսուցիչներին եւ ծնողներին սոցիալ-հոգեբանական աջակցության տրամադրման նպատակով սկսում է նոր դրամաշնորհային ծրագիր։

Հայաստանում գործող մասնագիտացված հասարակական կազմակերպություններին ուղղված դրամաշնորհային ծրագրի միջոցով կբացահայտվեն հեռավար կրթության պայմաններում աշակերտների, ուսուցիչների եւ ծնողների մոտ ի հայտ եկող հիմնական հոգեբանական խնդիրները, կձեւավորվի այդ իրավիճակում սոցիալ-հոգեբանական աջակցության տրամադրման արդյունավետ գործիքակազմն ու մեթոդաբանությունը եւ կտրամադրվեն անհրաժեշտ աջակցության ծառայությունները:

Մասնավորապես, առաջնային են հատուկ ուղերձ-խորհուրդների մշակումը՝ ուղղված երեխաներին, ծնողներին, ուսուցիչներին, առցանց հոգեբանական աջակցության հարթակների եւ ռեսուրսների ձեւավորվումը, երեխաների, ծնողների, ուսուցիչների հարցերին արձագանքելու, հոգեբանական աջակցություն տրամադրելու համար թեժ գծերի ստեղծումը կամ արդեն գործողների վերաձեւավորումը:

Այս ծրագրի իրականացումը կօգնի նաեւ հզորացնել դպրոցական համակարգում հոգեբանական ծառայությունները՝ աշակերտներին եւ ծնողներին շարունակական աջակցություն ցուցաբերելու, կրթության կազմակերպման համատեքստում նախկին ռիթմը պահպանելու, ինչպես նաեւ ճգնաժամային իրավիճակով պայմանավորված սթրեսները նվազեցնելու նպատակով: Առաջնային է նաեւ կրթության առանձնահատուկ պայմանների կարիք ունեցող երեխաների եւ նրանց ծնողների հեռավար կրթության մեջ ընդգրկվածության բարձրացումը, որը փոխկապակցված է երեխայի կրթական կարիքով պայմանավորված հոգեբանական խնդիրների հաղթահարման հետ:

Նշենք, որ Ասիական զարգացման բանկը Հայաստանում կրթության ոլորտի զարգացման հիմնական գործընկերներից է եւ շարունակում է օժանդակել այն ոլորտներին, որոնք ՀՀ կառավարության բարեփոխումների օրակարգում ունեն գերակայություն:
