Րոպեներ առաջ պարզ դարձավ, որ արդեն իսկ մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել «Մուլտի գրուպ» կոնցեռնի տնօրեն Սեդրակ Առուստամյանին:

Այսօրվա դատական նիստի ժամանակ քննվելու է երկու հայց՝ Ս. Առուստամյանին ձերբակալելու դեմ նրա պաշտպան Հովիկ Սուքիասյանի ներկայացրած միջնորդությունը և կալանավորման միջնորդությունը։

Ս. Առուստամյանի պաշտպան Հովիկ Սուքիասյանը Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում ևս մեկ անգամ վերահաստատեց, որ առաջադրված ձերբակալման միջնորդությունն անհեթեթ է և իրավական որևէ հիմք չունի:

«Կրկնում եմ, որ առաջադրված մեղադրանքն անհեթեթ է: Ըստ էության Ս. Առուստամյանին մեղադրում են տարիներ շարունակ իր կողմից գրավոր, պայմանագրով տված փոխառության գումարից տոկոսներ ստանալու համար: Մեղադրանքը և կալանավորման որոշումը չունեն որևէ իրավական և փաստական հիմքեր: Եվ սա ոչ թե որպես պաշտպան եմ ասում, այլ որպես իրավաբան»,- ասաց Հ. Սուքիասյանը:

Պաշտպանի ներայացրած բողոքը չբավարարվելու դեպքում այն կբողոքարկվի Վերաքննիչ դատարան: Պատասխանելով հարցին, թե արդյո՞ք ճիշտ է մամուլում շրջանառվող վարկածը, թե գործն առնչվում է Գագիկ Խաչատրյանի գործին, Հ. Սուքիասյանն ասաց.

«Ես չեմ կարող այդ հարցին պատասխանել, քանի որ չեմ ցանկանում նախաքննության գաղտնիքի հետ առնչվել և հետագայում խնդիր ունենալ»:

Պաշտպանը հերքեց նաև վարկածը, որ կալանավորումը կարող է կապված լիել Աբովյան փողոցում հյուրանոցային համալիր կառուցելու ընթացքում Առուստամյանի կողմից օրենսդրության պահանջները չպահպանելու դեպքի հետ:

«Բացարձակ աղերս չունի նաև այդ գործի հետ»,- ասաց Հ. Սուքիասյանը:

Հիշեցնենք, որ ԱԱԾ-ն ապրիլի 23–ին, ձերբակալել է «Մուլտի գրուպ» ընկերության տնօրեն Սեդրակ Առուստամյանին, ով թեև մանրամասն ցուցմունք է տվել և պատասխանել է բոլոր հարցերին, սակայն իրեն առաջադրված մեղադրանքը չի ընդունում։
