ԱՄՆ-ում ՀՀ դեսպանատան բակում հիշատակի արարողություն է տեղի ունեցել
INTERNATIONAL NEWSԱՄՆ-ում ՀՀ դեսպանության բակում՝ Հայոց ցեղասպանության զոհերի հիշատակը հավերժացնող խաչքարի մոտ տեղի է ունեցել պսակի խոնարհման արարողություն: Այս մասին նշված է ԱՄՆ-ում ՀՀ դեսպանության Ֆեյսբուքյան էջում:
Վաշինգտոնի սուրբ Մարիամ Աստվածածին եկեղեցու քահանա Տեր Հովսեփ Կարապետյանը և Վաշինգտոնի Սուրբ Խաչ եկեղեցու քահանա Տեր Սարգիս Աքթավուքյանը մատուցեցին Ցեղասպանության սուրբ նահատակների հիշատակին նվիրված բարեխոսական աղոթք:
ԱՄՆ-ում ՀՀ դեսպան Վարուժան Ներսեսյանը նշել է, որ, չնայած կորոնավիրուսի հետեւանքով ստեղծված իրավիճակին, հայերն ամբողջ աշխարհում այսօր արտակարգ իրավիճակում և հեռահար կարգով մասնակից են դառնում Հայոց ցեղասպանության անմեղ զոհերի հիշատակի միջոցառումներին:
Դեսպանն, ըստ հաղորդագրության, ընդգծել է, որ 105 տարի առաջ հայերի հանդեպ Օսմանյան Թուրքիայի վարած բնաջնջման քաղաքականությունը ձախողվեց, քանի որ «մենք վերապրեցինք, բազմապատկվեցինք և այսօր պայքարում ենք Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչման ու դատապարտման համար, ինչը հրամայական է՝ մարդկության հանդեպ նմանատիպ հետագա վայրագությունները կանխելու առումով»:
Երախտագիտություն հայտնելով ԱՄՆ-ին 2019-ին Կոնգրեսի երկու պալատներում Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը ճանաչող ու դատապարտող բանաձևեր ընդունելու համար, դեսպան Ներսեսյանը նշել է, որ Միացյալ Նահանգները մեկն էր այն երկրներից, որն իր դռները բացեց ցեղասպանությունից փրկված մեր նախնիների առջև, որոնք հետագայում իրենց աշխատանքով նպաստեցին նաև հյուրընկալող երկրի զարգացմանը: Այսօր, ամերիկահայ համայնքը, որպես խորհրդանշական քայլ, ճգնաժամի այս օրերին, նախաձեռնել է 1.5 մլն կարիքավոր ամերիկացիների օժանդակություն: Մինչեւ այս պահը հանգանակված միջոցներով հնարավոր է օգնություն տրամադրել 3 միլիոոն 700 հազար մարդու: ԱՄՆ-ում ՀՀ դեսպանությունը սատարում է այս նախաձեռնությանը և սիրով միացել է դրան՝ ի երախտիք ցեղասպանությունից մազապուրծ հայերին ապաստան տրամադրման և սատարման:
