ՀՀ Ոստիկանությունն արձագանքել է Ազատության հրապարակի հանրահավաքում հնչեցված հայտարարություններին

Դեկտեմբերի 2-ին Ազատության հրապարակում անցկացվող հավաքի ընթացքում հայտարարություն է հնչեցվել, որ ՀՀ ոստիկանության աշխատակիցները ժամը 14:00-ի սահմաններում Ազատության հրապարակում ծեծի են ենթարկել հավաքի մասնակիցներից մեկին՝ Գևորգ Սաֆարյանին: Ըստ հնչեցված մեկ այլ հայտարարության՝ Ազատության հրապարակին հարող տարածքում կայանված և հավաքի սպասարկման համար օգտագործվող մեքենան վնասվել է անհայտ անձանց կողմից՝ այդ վա յրում ծառայություն իրականացնող ոստիկանների դրսևորած անգործության պայմաններում:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ոստիկանության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի եւ լրատվության վարչությունից, ՀՀ ոստիկանությունը գտնում է, որ նշված հայտարարությունների մեջ տեղ գտած փաստերն ուղղակիորեն առնչվում են ՀՀ ոստիկանության աշխատակիցների ենթադրյալ գործողություններին կամ անգործությանը, առերևույթ հանցագործության հատկանիշներ են պարունակում և ունեն որոշակի հանգամանքներին վերաբերող կոնկրետության այնպիսի աստիճան, որը թույլ է տալիս դրանց ստուգման ուղղությամբ ձեռնարկել օրենքով նախատեսված անհրաժեշÕ ¿ գործողություններ:
Հաշվի առնելով հավաքների ազատության իրավունքի լիարժեք իրականացման կարևորությունը, ինչպես նաև նկատի ունենալով հայտարարությունների մեջ հնչեցված փաստերի կապակցությամբ անկախ և անկողմնակալ քննություն կատարելու հարցում ՀՀ ոստիկանության առաջնահերթ շահագրգռվածությունը, ՀՀ ոստիկանությունը պաշտոնապես դիմելու է ՀՀ դատախազությանը՝ պատշաճ իրավական ընթացակարգերի շրջանակներում քննություն նախաձեռնելու խնդրանքով: Միաժամանակ ՀՀ ոստիկանությունը կոչ է անում համապատասխան հայտարարությունները տարածող անձանց՝ համագործակցել քննություն իրականցնող իրավասու մարմինների հետ:
ՀՀ ոստիկանությունը հայտնում է նաև, որ նույն կերպ է գործելու նաև համանման այլ դեպքերում:
