Դատապարտվածների թիվը նվազել է. ո՞ր տարիքային խմբում են գրանցվել ամենաշատ դեպքերը
SOCIETY2019 թվականին Հայաստանում դատական պատասխանատվության է ենթարկվել 1556 անձ: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք վիճակագրական կոմիտեի հրապարակած տվյալներից: Նշենք, որ այս թիվը 407-ով պակաս է 2018 թվականին գրանցված ցուցանիշից:
Նախորդ տարվա վերաբերյալ ներկայացված տվյալներից տեղեկանում ենք, որ 2019թ.-ին դատապարտվածներից 46-ը եղել է 14-17 տարիքային խմբում, 585-ը՝ 18-29, 713-ը՝ 30-49, իսկ 50 և բարձր տարիքային խմբում կա 212 դատապարտված:
Նկատենք, որ 1556 դատապարտվածներից 38-ը եղել են պաշտոնատար անձինք: Մինչև 18 տարեկան սովորող անձ համարվող դասակարգման մեջ դատապարտվածների թիվը կազմել է 22, 18 և ավելի բարձր տարիքի սովորողների թիվը 11-ն է, կալանավորներինը՝ 12, զինվորական ծառայողներինը՝ 277, չաշխատող և չսովորող աշխատունակների թիվն ավելի մեծ է՝ 954: 1556-ից 242-ն այլ զբաղմունքներ ունեն:
Առանձնացվել են նաև տվյալներ՝ կատարված հանցագործությունների տեսակների առումով: Օրինակ՝ կյանքիևառողջությանդեմուղղվածհանցագործություններ համար դատապարտվածների թիվը 180 է: Նրանցից 126-ն ազատարկվել է, 49-ը ենթարկվել տուգանքի:Սեփականությանդեմուղղվածհանցագործությունների համար դատապարտվածները 544-ն են, որոնցից 375-ը ենթարկվել է ազատազրկման, 164-ը՝ տուգանքի:Կառավարմանկարգիդեմուղղվածհանցագործությունների համար դատապարտվել է 68 անձ: Նրանցից միայն 41-ն ազատազրկվել, 26-ի նկատմամբ տուգանք է կիրառվել: Պետականծառայությանդեմուղղվածհանցագործությունների համար դատապարտվել է 47 անց, ազատազրկվել՝ միայն 28-ը: Հասարակականանվտանգությանդեմուղղվածհանցագործությունների համար դատապարտվածներից էլ 53-ն է ազատազրկել, 67-ը տուգանքի է ենթարկվել:
Հավելենք, որ վերոնշյալ ընդհանուր թվից 516 անձանցվերաբերյալգործերըկարճվելեն. պաշտոնական տվյալների համաձայն՝ 46 անձարդարացվելէ, 53 անմեղսունակներինկատմամբկիրառվելենբժշկականբնույթիհարկադրականմիջոցներ: Դատապարտվածներիընդհանուրթվաքանակից 437-ինկատմամբնշանակվածպատիժըպայմանականորենչիկիրառվել (16-նանչափահաս են), 469-ինկատմամբ էլ կիրառվելհամաներմանակտ:
