Ապրիլ 24-ը մեր անցյալի եղեռական ժառանգությունն է, իսկ իր լուսավոր ու անմեռ հիշատակը մեր մէջ ապրեցնելու գործը՝ ներկա և գալիք սերունդի գերագույն պարտականությունը: Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչումը խորհրդանշում է համամարդկային արդարություն, որը կդառնա զորավոր ուղերձ ամբողջ աշխարհին, որ ցեղասպանություն և մարդկության դեմ ուղղված այլ հանցագործություններ այևս երբեք չպետք է կրկնվեն:
1915 թվականին տեղի ունեցած ոճրագործությունը, որի հետևանքով Օսմանյան կայսրությունում ավելի քան 1.5 մլն հայ է սպանվել, ХХ դարի առաջին ցեղասպանությունն է համարվում։ Թուրքիան ավանդաբար մերժում է ցեղասպանություն իրագործելու մեղադրանքներն ու ամեն կերպ փորձում կեղծել այդ իրողությունը։
Արցախի << Արդարություն>> կուսակցությունը փաստում է, որ յուրաքանչյուր չպատժված դեպք, յուրաքանչյուր կեղծվող փաստ, ատելության հողի վրա ընդհատված յուրաքանչյուր կյանք նշանակում է նոր ողբերգության հնարավորություն և հավանականություն, որի ապացույցը դարձավ խորհրդային Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների կողմից կազմակերպված 1988 թվականի փետրվարին Ասկերան ավանում և հարակից գյուղերում, Սումգայիթում, 1990 թվականի հունվարին Բաքվում և 1988–1991թթ. Արցախի պատմաիրավական տարածքների այլ բնակավայրերում հայերի և այլ ազգերի նկատմամբ իրականացված ցեղասպանությունն ու հայրենազրկումը։ Պետական մակարդակով կազմակերպված և իրականացված հանցագործության արդյունքում սպանվեցին բազմաթիվ հայեր, շատերն էլ վիրավորվեցին, բռնությունների ենթարկվեցին ու բռնի տեղահանվեցին:
Արցախի << Արդարություն>> կուսակցությունը կոչ է անում միջազգային հանրությանը առավել հետևողական և արդյունավետ քայլեր ձեռնարկել դատապարտելու համար մարդկության դեմ գործված հանցագործությունները, որպեսի դրանք չկրկնվեն:
Մենք հարգանքի տուրք ենք մատուցում, խնկարկում և խոնարհվում մեր նահատակների հիշատակի առջև: Համոզված ենք, որ մեզ՝ հայերիս վրա պատմական առաքելություն և պատասխանատվություն է դրված. հավերժացնել մարդկության դեմ կատարված մեծագույն հանցագործությունների զոհերի հիշատակը և մարդկության մեջ մշտապես վառ պահել հիշողությունն այդ մասին, որպես դաս, որպես հիշեցում, որպես կանխարգելում։
