Առողջապահության նախարար Արսեն Թորոսյանը՝ Հայաստանում կորոնավիրուսի ախտորոշման և բուժման վերաբերյալ։

 

1.Ի՞նչ չափանշիներով է կատարվում թեստավորումը

Կորոնավիրուսային հիվանդության դեմ կանխարգելիչ և հակահամաճարակային միջոցառումները, այդ թվում նաև լաբորատոր հետազոտություններն իրականացվում են սահմանված ընթացակարգերի համաձայն:
Թեստավորում իրականացվում է այն պացիենտների շրջանում, որոնք ունեն հիվանդությանը բնորոշ ախտանշաններ (բարձր ջերմություն, հազ, շնչառության դժվարացում) կամ սերտ շփում են ունեցել հաստատված դրական դեպքի հետ, ինչպես նաև թոքաբորբով պացիենտների: Թեստավորվում են այն բուժաշխատողները, որոնք ներկայումս աշխատում են որևէ բժշկական հաստատությունում և ունեն սուր շնչառական վարակին բնորոշ անհանգստացնող ախտանշաններ, ինչպես նաև հաստատված COVID-19 վարակով մորից ծնված նորածինները և մանկաբարձական ստացիոնար ընդունվող` ջերմություն և գրիպանման նշաններ ունեցող հղիները:

2.Ի՞նչ սկզբունքով է որոշվում օրական թեստավորվողների քանակը

Օրական կտրվածքով թեստավորվողների քանակ չի որոշվում։ Տվյալ օրը հավաքված թեստերը տեղափոխվում են թվով 6 լաբորատորիաներ, որտեղ իրականացվում են թեստերի հետազոտությունները։ Դրանց քանակը օրական կարող է մեծ տարբերություն տալ և դա նախապես որոշված չէ։ Լինում է նաև, որ լաբորատորիաները կանգնում են պրոֆիլակտիկ աշխատանքների համար, որպեսզի իրականացվեն եզրափակիչ ախտահանումներ և սարքավորումների չափագրումներ։

3.Կա՞ օրական թեստավորման միջին քանակ

Ոչ, օրական թեստավորման միջին քանակ չկա և չի կարող լինել: Օրական հնարավոր առավելագույն թեստերի իրականացման ծավալը տատանվում է 1000-1200-ի շրջակայքում`կախված այդ օրը աշխատող լաբորատորիաների քանակից:

4.Նախորդ շաբաթվա ընթացքում օրական ունեցել ենք 42-58 հաստատված դեպքեր, երբ օրական թեստավորումների քանակը տատանվել է 537-1161-ի միջակայքում։ Ինչի՞ հետ է կապված թվերի այս անհամաչափությունը։

Առողջապահության նախարարությունը նախապես չի որոշում, թե քանի դրական արդյունք պետք է լինի։ Օրվա ընթացքում կատարված հետազոտություններից հետո է պարզ դառնում դրական դեպքերի թիվը, իսկ մեծ ծավալով կատարված հետազոտությունների արդյունքում քիչ կամ նույն թվերը դրականների մասով խոսում է այն մասին, որ թիրախավորված և ճշգրիտ խմբերի է կատարվում թեստավորումը։

5.Քա՞նի օր է առողջացման ցիկլը։ Արդյոք  թեստի դրական արդյունքի դեպքում 14 օր անց մարդը առողջացա՞ծ է։ Ի՞նչ սկզբունք է այստեղ գործում։

Առողջացման ցիկլը կարող է տատանվել 14-28 օր՝ կախված հիվանդության ծանրության աստիճանից։ Թեստի դրական արդյունքի դեպքում մարդը 14 օր հետո պարտադիր չէ առողջացած լինի: Դրա համար անհրաժեշտ է կրկնակի բացասական թեստի արդյունք: Բազմաթիվ են դեպքերը, երբ 14 օր հետո առողջացում չի լինում։

6.Հայաստանում վիրուսի հակամարմինների թեստավորում արվու՞մ է, պարզելու՝ մարդը արդեն վարակվել-կազդուրվել է, թե ոչ։ Եթե չի արվում, ապա ինչո՞ւ։

Հայաստանում չեն արվում վիրուսի հակամարմինների թեստեր, որովհետև այդպիսի թեստեր չկան։ Ամբողջ աշխարհում հիմա ակադեմիական բանավեճ է ընթանում, թե արդյո՞ք այդ թեստերը բավականաչափ ճշգրիտ և սպեցիֆիկ են՝ կիրառման համար։
