Ճամբարակի ոստիկանները բացահայտել են Վահան գյուղում կացնով կատարված սպանությունը
SOCIETYՀՀ ոստիկանության Ճամբարակի բաժնում ապրիլի 21-ին, ժամը 13.50-ի սահմաններում, տեղեկություն է ստացվել, որ Վահան գյուղի 2-րդ փողոցի տներից մեկում տղամարդու դի կա։ Դեպքի վայր մեկնած օպերատիվ խումբը պարզել է, որ 66-ամյա տղամարդուն սպանել են կացնով։ Այս մասին տեղեկացնում են ՀՀ ոստիկանության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի և լրատվության վարչությունից։
«Տղամարդու դին հարևանի տանն էր, իսկ տանտերը չկար։ Ճամբարակի քրեական հետախույզները, համագործակցելով մարզային վարչության և տարածքային նախաքննական մարմնի ծառայողների հետ, փաստական տվյալներ ձեռք բերեցին, որ 62-ամյա տանտերն էր կացնով հարվածներ հասցրել իրեն հյուրընկալված հարևանին։ Վերջինս տեղում մահացել էր։ Ճամբարակի ոստիկանները, համագործակցելով Սևանի գործընկերների հետ, դեպքից ժամեր անց կասկածվողին հայտնաբերեցին Լճաշեն գյուղում և բերման ենթարկեցին բաժին։ Նրա խուզարկությամբ նռնակներ հայտնաբերվեցին։ Տղամարդը ներկայացվել է դեպքի նախաքննությունը վարող մարմնին ու ձերբակալվել։ Հանցագործության գործիք կացինն առգրավվել է։ Նշանակվել են փորձաքննություններ։ Հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է»,- ասվում է հաղորդագրության մեջ։
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնի տարածած հաղորդագրության մեջ ասվում է, որ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Գեղարքունիքի մարզային վարչության Սևանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ`ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի (սպանություն) 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով:
Վահան գյուղի բնակիչը ձերբակալվել է`նշված հանցագործությունը առերևույթ կատարելու կասկածանքով:
Նշանակվել են համապատասխան փորձաքննություններ, կատարվում են քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողություններ` դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ:
