Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը վաճառում է իր նախկին բնակարանը. Hraparak.am (լուսանկարներ)
SOCIETYԲոլորովին պատահաբար estate.am կայքում՝ տների վաճառքի հայտարարությունների բաժնում հայտնաբերեցինք, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը վաճառում է «Հայրենիք» կինոթատրոնի դիմաց գտնվող իր նախկին բնակարանը։ Սա այն բնակարանն է, որով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հպարտանում էր Կուրթանեցի Մեխակի մոտ, ասելով՝ «Ձեռդ, ոտդ տեղը տղա ես, ես էլ չեմ տուն ունեցել, որտեղի՞ց եմ տուն ստեղծել՝ աշխատել եմ 24 ժամ և ստեղծել եմ իմ տունը, դու էլ գնա աշխատիր՝ տուն ստեղծիր»։ Հիմա եկել է նոր տուն «ստեղծելու» ժամանակը, գրում է Hraparak.am-ը:
Բնակարանը վաճառքի է դրված փետրվարի 27-ից, այն գնահատվել է 85 հազար դոլար։ Այսինքն՝ կորոնավիրուսի տարածումից եւ արտակարգ դրություն հայտարարելուց առաջ է վաճառքի հանվել։ Ըստ ամենայնի, վարչապետը որոշել է նոր տուն գնել՝ կառավարական ամառանոցում ապրելուց հետո դժվար թե ընտանիքը վերադառնա երրորդ մասի 3 սենյականոց բնակարանը։ Եւ քանի որ իրենց կողմից ընդունված՝ Ապօրինի ծագում ունեցող գույքի մասին օրենքով 50 միլիոն դրամը, այսինքն՝ 100 հազար դոլարը, գերազանցող տան գնման հետ կապված կարող են հետագայում խնդիրներ ծագել, ասենք՝ հաջորդ իշխանությունը կարող է քննության առարկա դարձնել նոր տան ձեռքբերումն ու դրա ծագման օրինականությունը, ուստի որոշել են դա հնարավորինս ապահովագրել։ Ամենայն հավանականությամբ, այս տան վաճառքից գոյացած գումարը կօգտագործեն նոր տուն գնելու համար, ասենք՝ կանխավճարը կվճարեն, մնացածը վարկ կձեւակերպեն, որ հետագայում օրենքի հետ կապված խնդիրներ չունենան։
Ի դեպ, սա այն բնակարանն է, որտեղ հեղափոխությունից հետո՝ մի կարճ ժամանակ, անապահով ընտանիք էր ապրում։ Այդ մասին ժամանակին «Հրապարակն» է գրել։ Հիշեցնենք, որ վարչապետի տիկինը՝ Աննա Հակոբյանն էր կոչ արել՝ նրանք, ովքեր ունեն չզբաղեցված բնակարաններ, տրամադրեն կարիքավորներին, առանց դրա դիմաց որեւէ վարձավճար ակնկալելու եւ այն ժամանակ եղան մարդիկ, որոնք արձագանքեցին այդ կոչին եւ իրենց փակ բնակարանները տրամադրեցին ինչ որ մարդկանց, որոնք ապրելու տեղ չունեին։
Հ․Գ․-Ի տարբերություն նախագահների, գործող օրենսդրությամբ պաշտոնաթող վարչապետներին պետությունը բնակարան չի տրամադրում, թեպետ սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների եւ դրանից բխող օրենսդրական փաթեթներում փոփոխությունների ժամանակ եղել է նման առաջարկ, սակայն այն չի ընդունվել։
