«Սևան» ՔԿՀ-ի դատապարտյալը խաբեությամբ հափշտակել է հորեղբոր «BMW» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան
SOCIETYՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում ավարտվել է քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի դատապարտյալի կողմից խոշոր չափերով խարդախություն կատարելու դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժինը:
Քննությամբ ձեռք բերված տվյալների համաձայն՝ 2019թ. փետրվարի սկզբներին, ՀՀ ԱՆ «Սևան» ՔԿՀ-ի դատապարտյալը, խաբեությամբ և վստահությունը չարաշահելու եղանակով, խոշոր չափերով գույք հափշտակելու դիտավորությամբ, զանգահարել է իր հորեղբորը և խնդրել վերջինիս պատկանող «BMW» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան իրեն տեսակցելու նպատակով տրամադրել իր կողմից ուղարկված անձին: Հորեղբայրը ավտոմեքենան տրամադրել է նշված անձին, որից հետո այն այդպես էլ չի վերադարձվել տիրոջը:
Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ ՔԿՀ-ի դատապարտյալին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 178-րդ հոդվածի (խարդախություն) 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով նախատեսված արարքը առերևույթ կատարելու համար:
Նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է, և քրեական գործը՝ մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել նախաքննության օրինականության նկատմամբ հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազին:
