Պարետատունը հայտնել է Մոսկվայում գտնվող ՀՀ քաղաքացիների վերադարձը կազմակերպելու ժամկետները

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը տարածել է Պարետատան հայտարարությունը արտերկրում ՀՀ քաղաքացիներին առնչվող դրության վերաբերյալ։ Ներկայացնում ենք հայտարարությունը․ «Աշխարհում նոր տիպի կորոնավիրուսի լայնածավալ տարածման առաջին իսկ նշաններից հետո հնարավոր բոլոր միջոցներով ՀՀ կառավարությունը, Պարետատունն աջակցել են ՀՀ քաղաքացիներին՝ հստակ քայլեր ձեռնարկելով վերջիններիս տեղում անհրաժեշտ օգնություն ցուցաբերելու  և հայրենիք վերադարձնելու ուղղությամբ: Ներկայումս պարետատունն Արտաքին գործերի նախարարության և ՀՀ դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցչությունների միջոցով կապի մեջ է աշխարհի մոտ 50 երկրներում գտնվող ՀՀ քաղաքացիների հետ: Պետք է նշել, որ կորոնավիրուսի հետագա տարածման հետևանքով հնարավոր չէ անմիջապես ապահովել նրանց բոլորի հայրենիք վերադարձը։ Առաջացած բարդությունները պայմանավորված են մի քանի հանգամանքներով, այդ թվում՝ բոլոր վերադարձողներին կարանտինային ռեժիմում պահելու հնարավորություններով, օդային տարածքների արգելքներով և կորոնավիրուսի լայն տարածում ունեցող երկրներում տեղաշարժվելու առողջապահական ռիսկերով: Ընդգծենք, որ ՀՀ կառավարության, Պարետատան կողմից ձեռնարկվող հետևողական քայլերի արդյունքում մարտ 14-ից ապրիլի 17-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում կազմակերպվել կամ համակարգվել է մի շարք երկրներից 21206 ՀՀ քաղաքացիների վերադարձը Հայաստան: Այս ուղղությամբ քայլերը կրելու են շարունակական բնույթ: Եվ անգամ այն դեպքերում, երբ հնարավոր չէ անմիջապես կազմակերպել վերադարձը, ձեռնարկվել են և ձեռնարկվելու են բոլոր հնարավոր միջոցները տեղում մեր քաղաքացիների կարիքները, այդ թվում՝ կեցությունը հոգալու ուղղությամբ:

 Ինչպես գիտեք, ապրիլի 6-ին, 7-ին և 12-ին երեք չարթերային չվերթներով իրականացվել է Մոսկվայում գտնվող մեր քաղաքացիների վերադարձը: Ապրիլի 19-23 ընկած ժամանակահատվածում կազմակերպվելու է ՀՀ քաղաքացիների վերադարձն այլ վայրերից և երկրներից: Անմիջապես դրանից հետո աշխատանքներ կտարվեն այժմ Մոսկվայում գտնվող մեր մյուս քաղաքացիների վերադարձի կազմակերպման ուղղությամբ՝ գործողությունները համադրելով  վերադարձողներին կարանտինային ռեժիմում պահելու հնարավորությունների հետ: Բոլոր այս աշխատանքներն իրականացվում են Պարետատան անմիջական համակարգմամբ՝ ՀՀ դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցչությունների, մեր դեսպանների և գլխավոր հյուպատոսների միջոցով: Հետևապես, կոչ ենք անում Հայաստան վերադառնալու ցանկություն ունեցող մեր քաղաքացիներին առաջնորդվել բացառապես տեղում ՀՀ դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցչությունների տրամադրած տեղեկատվությամբ և հետևել միմիայն վերջիններիս հորդորներին»:
