SOCIETYՈրակյալ քաղաքական իշխանության մասին է խոսում մեկը, ում հարազատ քաղաքական թիմի 90 տոկոսը դիլետանտ, տգետ, անմակարդակ և սեփական ոլորտից բացարձակ չհասկացողների մի կույտ է: ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանի խոսքերի վերաբերյալ իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում նման կարծիք է հայտնել քաղաքագետ Գագիկ Համբարյանը:

Հայաստանի ԱԺ փոխխոսնակ Ալեն Սիմոնյանը, մեկնաբանելով Ապրիլյան պատերազմի արդյունքները, հայտարարել է, որ Ապրիլյան պատերազմում մենք չենք հաղթել և չենք էլ հաղթի ապագա պատերազմում, քանի դեռ չունենք որակյալ քաղաքական իշխանություն և ըստ պատշաճի իրավիճակին տիրապետող բարձրագույն հրամանատարություն...
Նախ, սկսենք նրանից, որ որակյալ քաղաքական իշխանության մասին է խոսում մեկը, ում հարազատ քաղաքական թիմի 90 տոկոսը դիլետանտ, տգետ, անմակարդակ և սեփական ոլորտից բացարձակ չհասկացողների մի կույտ է... Հայաստանի համար աղետ է, իսկ Ալեն Սիմոնյանի համար ինքնախաբեություն, եթե նա իրեն ու իր հարազատ քաղաքական թիմին համարում է որակյալ քաղաքական իշխանություն...
Ինչ վերաբերում է հրամանատարությանը, ապա ի գիտություն Ալենի, բանակը այն եզակի ինստիտուտներից մեկն է, որը Արցախյան պատերազմից հետո կայացել է... Այո՛, մեր բանակում բազմաթիվ խնդիրներ են եղել ու կան, բայց դա չի նշանակում, որ ամեն ինչ վատ է եղել, իսկ «բարձրագույն հրամանատարություն» ասվածն էլ ոչ կոմպետենտ...
Ինչ վերաբերում է զինվորի մեծ դերակատարությանը, ապա դա այդպես է բոլոր բանակներում... Այո, հենց պատերազմի ժամանակ են բացահայտվում հազարավոր զինվորների տաղանդները... Հենց պատերազմների ժամանակ են ծնվում մարշալներ Բաղրամյանի, Բաբաջանյանի, Խուդյակով-Խանփերյանցի, ծովակալ Իսակովի և հազարավոր անվանի հերոս հայորդիները... Չլինի Ալենը մտածում է, որ նրանք պարկետային մարշալներ են և իրենց անունները ոսկե տառերով են գրել պատմության մեջ սրան-նրան քծնելով, վճարովի ծառայություններ մատուցելով կամ առաջնորդին գովերգելու շնորհիվ... Ապրիլյան պատերազմին մենք կորցրեցինք մոտ 100 քաջարի հայորդիներ, սակայն նրանց կողքին «ծնվեցին» ոչ պակաս հերոսներ, որոնք իրենց հմտության և գրագիտության շնորհիվ մեծ վնասներ պատճառեցին թշնամուն և ձախողեցին նրա առաջխաղացումը ու հետագայում նրանք են բարձր պաշտոններ զբաղեցնելու ԶՈՒ-ում...
Լավ կլինի, Ալեն Սիմոնյանը, մինչ ինչ- որ բանի մասին խոսելը կամ կարծիք հայտնելը երկար մտածի... Սա կարծիք չէ, այլ «օլենիզմներ» է...»:
