SOCIETYՄեծի Տանն Կիլիկիո Արամ Ա կաթողիկոսը դիմել է մեծահարուստներին՝ կոչ անելով այս օրերին օգնել կարիքավորներին։ Ուղերձում ասվում է.
Տագնապի այս օրերուն, խոր գոհունակութեամբ ու յուզումով կը դիտեմ, թէ ի՛նչ անսահման նուիրումով մեր առաջնորդարանները, համայնքները, ծուխերը, կազմակերպութիւնները, միութիւնները, ամէ՛ն տեղ, լծուած են մեր ազգի կարիքաւոր ընտանիքներու օժանդակութեան անյետաձգելի ու հրամայական աշխատանքին։ Սէր ու գնահատանք անոնց նկատմամբ պարզապէս քիչ է։ Սովորական ծառայութիւն չէ անոնց կատարածը, այլ գերազանցօրէն Աստուածահաճոյ գործ է։
Արդարեւ, մեր նուիրեալները դռներ կը թակեն օժանդակութիւն խնդրելու, որպէսզի կարենան աւելիո՛վ օգտակար ըլլալ մեր զաւակներուն. իսկ ոմանք կամաւոր կերպով իրենց օժանդակութիւնը կը կատարեն։
Այս Աստուածահաճոյ գործին դիմաց ինծի խոր ցաւ ու վրդովում կը պատճառէ բացակայութիւնը նիւթական լայն կարելիութիւններ ունեցող մեր ազգայիններուն, յայտնի թէ անյայտ, մօտաւոր թէ հեռաւոր։ Ես չեմ կրնար լուռ ու անտարբեր մնալ անոնց բացակայութեան նկատմամբ։
Ո՞ւր էք դուք. Աստուծոյ ձեզի տուած բարիքներէն չէ՞ք կրնար բաժին մը տրամադրել մեր ժողովուրդի կարիքաւոր զաւակներուն՝ յատկապէս տագնապի այս ծանր օրերուն։ Սա մեր բոլորին բարոյական, հոգեւոր, մարդկային ու ազգային պարտաւորութիւնն է։ Աւետարանը կ՚ըսէ. «Այն մարդը, որ նիւթական ամէն բարիք ունի, եւ տեսնելով հանդերձ թէ իր մէկ եղբայրը օգնութեան կարօտ է՝ իր գութը չի շարժիր, ինչպէ՞ս կրնայ ըսել՝ թէ Աստուծոյ սէրը ունի իր մէջ» (Ա.Յհ 3.17)։
Չմոռնանք, որ բոլորս ալ հաշուետու ենք Աստուծոյ առջեւ մեր դրական թէ բացասական գործերուն համար»։
