Նախօրեին խորհրդարանն առաջին ընթերցմամբ ընդունեց «Արժեթղթերի շուկայի մասին» օրենքում փոփոխությունների մասին օրենքը և կից ներկայացված նախագծերի փաթեթը։

Եթե ավելի պարզ՝ ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությանը, քննչական կոմիտեին, ՀՔԾ-ին, ԱԱԾ-ին, ՏՄՊՊՀ-ին, ՊԵԿ-ին և ոստիկանությանը կենտրոնական դեպոզիտարիայի և արժեթղթերի սեփականատերերի ռեեստրի վարման իրավունք ունեցող այլ անձանց կողմից հաճախորդի բացած արժեթղթերի հաշիվների ցանկի, յուրաքանչյուր հաշվի տեսակի և կարգավիճակի վերաբերյալ ծառայողական տեղեկությունները դառնում են հասանելի, կամ որ նույնն է՝ մարդկանց բանկային գործարքներն ու հաշիվները հասանելի են դառնում պետական ուժային կառույցներին։ 

Ըստ մասնագետների, հերթական քայլով հարված է հասցվում բանկային գաղտնիքին։ Արժեթղթերի շուկայի հետ կապված վերջին քննարկումից հետո ոլորտի գիտակները միակարծիք են, որ սա ուղղակի ազդելու է օտարերկրյա ուղղակի ներդրումներին։ 

Պատահական չէ, որ ԱԺ հերթական հարցուպատասխաններից մեկի ժամանակ երկրի վարչապետը, պատգամավորներից մեկի հարցերին պատասխանելիս, բոլորի համար անակնկալ կերպով ակնարկեց բանկային հաշիվների ու հաշիվների վրա ունեցած գումարների մասին։ 

Թերթի աղբյուրը փոխանցել է նաև, որ առաջիկայում նմանօրինակ նախագծերի ևս մի քանի փաթեթներ են պատրաստվում կառավարության կողմից։ Ունենք այնպիսի մի իրավիճակ, երբ այն, ինչ ապօրինաբար արվում էր նախորդ իշխանությունների կողմից, ներկայումս արվում է գործող իշխանությունների կողմից՝ արդեն օրենքում հստակ կարգավորումներ անելու միջոցով։
