SOCIETYԿարեւորելով արտակարգ դրության ընթացքում քաղաքացիական կացության ակտերի գրանցման ոլորտում ծառայությունների մատուցման անհրաժեշտությունը՝ Արդարադատության նախարարության կողմից սահմանափակված ծառայությունները 2020 թվականի ապրիլի 17-ից կընդլայնվեն՝ հետեւյալ շրջանակով՝
Վազգեն Սարգսյան 3/8 հասցեում տեղակայված ընդունարան՝ աշխատանքային օրերին՝ 10։00-ից – 16։00-ը առանց ընդմիջման:
փաստաթղթերի ապոստիլով վավերացնելու դիմումների ընդունում.

Զաքիան 3 հասցեում տեղակայված ընդունարան՝ աշխատանքային օրերին՝ 10։00-ից – 16։00-ն՝ առանց ընդմիջման:
ամուսնությունների պետական գրանցման դիմումների ընդունում եւ գրանցում.

Երեւան քաղաքի ՔԿԱԳ տարածքային մարմինները բացառապես կատարելու են այն ամուսնությունների եւ ամուսնալուծությունների գրանցումները, որոնց համար դիմումները ներկայացվել են մինչեւ արտակարգ դրության սահմանումը: Նոր դիմումներ չեն ընդունվելու: Քաղաքացիների ընդունելության ժամեր՝ 10։00-ից-13։00-ն:

Մարզերում ՔԿԱԳ տարածքային մարմինների ծառայությունները տրամադրվելու են աշխատանքային օրերին՝ 10։00-ից – 13։00-՝ հետեւյալ շրջանակով՝
ՔԿԱԳ վկայականների եւ տեղեկանքների տրամադրում.
ամուսնությունների պետական գրանցման դիմումների ընդունում եւ գրանցում.
ամուսնալուծությունների պետական գրանցման դիմումների ընդունում եւ գրանցում.
ծնունդների պետական գրանցում.
մահվան պետական գրանցում.
Քաղաքացիների անհարկի տեղաշարժը բացառելու նպատակով ՔԿԱԳ վկայականները եւ տեղեկանքները տրամադրվելու են դիմումը մուտքագրելուց հետո 20 րոպեների ընթացքում:
ՔԿԱԳ վկայականի կրկնօրինակ ստանալու համար պետական տուրքը կազմում է 3.000 դրամ.
ՔԿԱԳ տեղեկանք ստանալու համար պետական տուրքը կազմում է 2.000 դրամ.
Ամուսնության պետական գրանցման համար պետական տուրքը կազմում է 1.000 դրամ.
Ամուսնալուծության պետական գրանցման համար պետական տուրքը կազմում է 10.000 դրամ.
Հայրության որոշման պետական գրանցման համար պետական տուրքը կազմում է 1.000 դրամ.
Ծննդի եւ մահվան գրանցումն անվճար է:
Նշված պետական տուրքերից այլ վճարումներ ՔԿԱԳ տարածքային մարմինների համար օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված չեն:
