Ռուս-թուրքական լարվածության ածանցյալ գործոնները չեն փոփոխի ԼՂ հակամարտության ներկայիս իրավիճակը. Արտակ Զաքարյան

Սիրիայում թուրքական զինված ուժերի կողմից ռուսական Սու-24 ռմբակոծիչի խոցումից առաջացած ռուս-թուրքական հարաբերությունների լարվածությունն առաջիկայում կպահպանվի, սակայն չի վերածվի «տաք» բախումների:

«Ռուսաստան-Թուրքիա հարաբերությունների սրացման ազդեցությունը Հարավային Կովկասի տարածաշրջանի վրա» թեմայով քննարկմանն այսպիսի կարծիք հայտնեց  ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի արտաքինհարաբերությունների մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ, ՀՀԿխմբակցության պատգամավոր Արտակ Զաքարյանը:

«Պատմության ընթացքում ռուս-թուրքական հարաբերությունները առաջին անգամ չեն սրվում, այնուհետև` ջերմանում: Ընդհանրապես` Թուրքիան բոլոր տիպի աշխարհաքաղաքական զարգացումներում մշտապես ունեցել է երկդիմի դերակատարություն, սակայն չեմ կարծում, որ այս միջադեպը կհանգեցնի ռուս-թուրքական նոր պատերազմի: Բայց, ակնհայտ է, որ ստեղծված իրավիճակը կարող է դիտարկվել որպես նոր մարտահրվեր Հարավային Կովկասի համար, ինչը Ռուսաստանին կստիպի էլ ավելի ակտիվացնել իր ազդեցությունը այս տարածաշրջանում»,-շեշտեց Զաքարյանը:

Նա նկատեց, որ ռուս-թուրքական պատերազմը կարող է լուրջ հետևանքներ ունենալ տարածաշրջանի համար: «Ես չեմ կարծում, որ ռուս-թուրքական այս լարվածության ածանցյալ գործոնները կարող են փոփոխել ԼՂ հակամարտության ներկայիս իրավիճակը. դա կարող է տեղի ունենալ այն դեպքում,  եթե ռուս-թուրքական բախման ֆոնին Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը որոշի փորձել իր ժողովրդի բախտը, սակայն դա որևէ մեկին ձեռնտու չի լինի»,-պարզաբանեց Զաքարյանը` ընդգծելով, որ մեզ համար շատ կարևոր է լուծել ներքին կոնսոլիդացիայի հարցը, քանի որ Հայաստանի ներքին խժդժություններից կարող են օգտվել մեր ոչ բարեկամ պետությունները, ինչը եղել է նաև նախկինում:
