Անկեղծ ասած՝ հասկանալի չէ, թե ինչու են կառավարության անդամներն առանց պաշտպանիչ դիմակների ու ձեռնոցների շրջում քաղաքում ու մասնակցում նիստերի: Եթե COVID19-ը իսկապես այնքան վտանգավոր վիրուս է, որ դրա պատճառով պետք է ողջ աշխարհը նստի տանը ու պահպանի հիգիենայի բոլոր կանոնները, ապա առաջին հերթին դա պետք է վերաբերի նաև կառավարության անդամներին, ԱԺ պատգամավորներին և բոլոր նրանց, ովքեր պատասխանատվություն են կրում երկրի անվտանգության համար:

Այս ֆոնին միակ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյան, թերևս, Երևանի քաղաքապետ Հայկ Մարությանն է, որն իր վարքով և կեցվածքով կրկին ապացուցում է, որ քաղաքացիական բարձր պատասխանատվությամբ է վերաբերվում ցանկացած հարցի: Եվ դա պատահական չէ, քանի որ քաղաքապետի աշխատանքը միայն կաբինետային չէ: Նա, ինչպեսև շատ պաշտոնյաներ, օրվա մեծ մասն անցկացնում է այլ վայրերում, որտեղ էլ կարող է «հանդիպել» այն

չարաբաստիկ վիրուսի հետ, որը չխնայեց անգամ աշխարհի գերտերություններից մեկի՝ Մեծ Բրիտանիայի վարչապետին:

Ուստի Երևանի քաղաքապետի՝ կառավարության նիստերին դիմակով ներկայանալու փաստը խոսում է ինչպես սեփական թիմի, այնպես էլ ողջ հասարակության հանդեպ ունեցած մեծագույն հարգանքի մասին, ինչը չնկատել պարզապես հնարավոր չէ:

Անկեղծ ասած, հասկանալի չէ, երբ նման վարքագծի համար Հայկ Մարությանի հասցեին գովասանքի խոսքեր հնչեցնելու, շնորհակալություն հայտնելու, նրա օրինակը՝ որպես պատասխանատու պաշտոնյայի, գովաբանելու և ցույց տալու փոխարեն, որոշ խմբեր սկսում են սոցիալական ցանցերում անիմաստ քննարկումներ կազմակերպել ու հերթական անգամ մեկ բաժակ ջրում փոթորիկի էֆեկտ առաջացնել:

Նրանք, ովքեր սիրում են հայացքները երկրից դուրս ուղղել, դրսի փորձը որպես լավագույնը ներկայացնել, մեր երկրի օրինակը քննադատելով՝ աղմուկ-աղաղակ բարձրացնել, հետաքրքիր է, որ չեն նկատել շատ առաջադեմ երկրների կառավարության անդամների, քաղաքապետների, վարչապետների օրինակը, որոնք ևս սեփական հասարակության հանդեպ սոցիալական բարձր պատասխանատվությունից ելնելով՝ հանրային վայրերում դիմակով են ներկայանում, որպեսզի պաշտպանեն թե՛ իրենց, թե՛ հասարակությանը:

Օտարներին որպես օրինակ բերելու ոճի սիրահարներին առ ի տեղեկություն նշենք նաև, որ նիստերին դիմակով են ներկայանում նաև ՌԴ առաջին փոխվարչապետ Անդրեյ Բելաուսովը, Մոսկվայի քաղաքապետ Սերգեյ Սոբյանինը, եվրոպական շատ երկրների վարչապետներ և բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաներ, ինչը միայն ու միայն հարգանքի արժանի քայլ է, ոչ թե քննադատության առիթ:
