Անվերջ պաշտպանության մարտավարության հաջողությունը կախված է հարձակվողի հոգնելուց-սպառվելուց։ Այսօր ներկայացված վիճակագրական պատկերը (44 վարակված, 1 մահ) վկայում է, որ կորոնավիրուսը շարունակում է գրոհել, նահանջելու միտք չունի։ Ինչո՞ւ տակավին չի հաջողվում կոտրել համավարակի ողնաշարը, և ի՞նչ չի անում կառավարությունը պայքարի արդյունավետությունը բարձրացնելու համար։ Տարբեր երկրների մարտավարությունները ուսումնասիրողները Եվրոպայում համեմատաբար լավ իրավիճակում գտնվող Գերմանիայի հաջողությունները պայմանավորում են ընդհանուր թեստավորում անցկացնելով ու վարակակիրների շրջանակը պարզելու հետևողական քայլեր անելով։ Մեր տարածաշրջանում համեմատաբար բարվոք իրավիճակում գտնվող Վրաստանն աչքի է ընկնում միջոցների խստությամբ. երեկ փակվել են 4 քաղաքաների մուտքը, խստացվել կարանտինի նորմերը։ Մեզ մոտ կառավարության անդամների իրարամերժ մեկնաբանությունները շփոթեցնում են քաղաքացուն և անորոշություն տարածում։ Օրինակ՝ վարչապետի՝ օրական 1000 հոգու թեստավորելու առաջադրանքը նպատակ ուներ բացահայտել վարակակիրներին հիվանդության զարգացման նախնական շրջանում, նրանց հոսպիտալացնել կամ մեկուսացնել և կանխել հնարավոր բարդացումներն ու մահերը։ Այս առաջադրանքը չի կատարվում (վերջին մեկ օրում՝ 685)։ Այսինքն, գերմանական՝ ընդհանուր թեստավորման մարտավարությունը չի կիրառվում։ Վրացական փորձը հուշում է, որ կարանտինի ռեժիմը պետք է չթուլացնել ևս մի քանի շաբաթ՝ մինչև վարակի վտանգն իսկապես նահանջի։ Արդյո՞ք այսօրվա 44 թիվը կապ ունի սահմանափակումների ռեժիմի թուլացման հետ։ Եթե այո, ապա հարկ է վերանայել նախորդ որոշումն ու խստացնել կարանտինը։ Եթե ոչ, ապա պաշտոնյան պետք է մեկնաբանի այդ թվի ծագումը, որպեսզի փարատվեն ավելորդ կասկածները մարդկանց մոտ։ Չէ՞ որ, երեկ վարչապետը խոսում էր ողնաշար կոտրելու մասին, իսկ այսօրվա պատկերը հակառակի մասին է։ Եթե այս հակառակությունը չի մեկնաբանվում, նշանակում է՝ իրավիճակը ոչ միայն անվերահսկելի է (ինչպես գնահատում է նախարարը), այլև անմեկնելի։ Հասարակությանն անորոշության և անտեղյակության մեջ պահելու մարտավարության արդյունքում կկոտրվի ոչ թե պանդեմիայի ողնաշարը, այլ կբթանա հանրային զգոնությունն ու դիմադրողականությունը։ Ավելի վատթար իրավիճակում գտնվող երկրների վիճակագրական պատկերը հիմք է տալիս ենթադրելու, որ այնտեղ պայքարի արդյունավետությունը չափվում է միայն մահերի տոկոսով։ Եթե մեզ մոտ իրավիճակը վատանա, ապա մեր կառավարությունը ևս կկատարի էական փոփոխություն, և վիճակագրությունը կկազմի մահերի հիմքով: Այդպիսով՝ կպահպանի առողջապահության համակարգի նկատմամբ անհրաժեշտ վստահությունը։
