«Ժողովուրդ». Սերժ Սարգսյանի գործով դատախազի բնակարանի թալանի հետքերով

«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է․ «Գլխավոր դատախազի մտերիմ, դատախազության հատկապես կարեւոր գործերով քննության նկատմամբ հսկողության վարչության պետ Արսեն Մարտիրոսյանի բնակարանի թալանի գործը մտել է դատարան: «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը տեղեկացավ, որ դատախազի բնակարանի թալանի գործով մեղադրյալի աթոռին են հայտնվել 4 անձ:
Հիշեցնենք, որ 2019 թվականի հունվարի 11-ին Աղայան փողոցի 74/1 շենքի բնակարաններից մեկում կատարված գողության ահազանգով դեպքի վայր շտապած ոստիկանները նկատել էին, որ 4 հոգի Mercedes մակնիշի 34 ՏZ 783 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենայի մեջ իրեր տեղադրեցին ու դիմեցին փախուստի: Հետապնդել էին Mercedes-ին եւ կարողացել էին կանխել Mercedes-ի հետագա փախուստը եւ 4 անձի բերման էին ենթարկել ոստիկանության Տարոնի բաժին: Ավելի ուշ հայտնի դարձավ, որ բնակարանը, որը ցանկացել էին թալանել, պատկանել է այդ օրերին Լոռու մարզի դատախազ Արսեն Մարտիրոսյանին: Սակայն ուշագրավ է, որ դատախազի մարզային կացարանում գողերի համար հարմար շատ իրեր չէին գտնվել:
Հիմա այս դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործը մտել է դատարան եւ մեղադրյալի աթոռին են հայտնվել 4 անձ ՝ Սամվել Հասանյանը, Գեւորգ Մանուկյանը,Անդրանիկ Առաքելյանը եւ Արմեն Հարությունյանը։ Նրանցից կալանքի տակ է գտվում միայն Սամվել Հասանյանը:
Սա այն գործն է, որի քննությունից ամեն կերպ խուսափում էր դատախազ Արսեն Մարտիրոսյանը` լինելով «օրենքի մարդ»: Նա ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի կողմից ուղարկված հրավեր-ծանուցումներով հարցաքննության չէր ներկայանում եւ որեւէ պատճառաբանություն չէր էլ ներկայացնում: Ու այս գործով հիմա դատավոր Սուսաննա Գզոգյանը պետք է որոշում կայացնի:
Հիշեցնենք, որ Արսեն Մարտիրոսյանն այն դատախազն է, որը այսպես ասած, սուրբ հարաբերությունների մեջ է գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանի հետ եւ 2019 թվականի օգոստոսի 22-ին ազատվեց Լոռու մարզի դատախազի պաշտոնից եւ նշանակվեց Գլխավոր դատախազությունում հատկապես կարեւոր գործերով քննության նկատմամբ հսկողության վարչության պետ: Ավելին, ի նշան Արթուր Դավթյանի հավատարմության, Մարտիրոսյանը նշանակվեց ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի դեմ հարուցված քրեական գործով մեղադրող դատախազ»:
