Պուտինը կոչ է արել մտածել ԵԱՏՄ-ի տարածքում մի շարք մաքսատուրքեր զրոյացնելու մասին

Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը կոչ է արել ԵԱՏՄ-ի իր գործընկերներին մտածել տնտեսական և սոցիալական կարևորության ոլորտների բաղադրիչների և նյութերի մաքսատուրքերն իջեցնելու կամ զրոյացնելու մասին: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի» գործակալությունը:
«Արժե մտածել տնտեսական և սոցիալական կարևորության ոլորտների բաղադրիչների և նյութերի մաքսատուրքերն իջեցնելու կամ զրոյացնելու մասին, ընդհանուր առմամբ մեր երկրների արդյունաբերական արտադրությունը խթանելու մասին, տնտեսության այն ոլորտները խթանելու, որոնք ամենաշատն են տուժել համավարակի պայմաններում: Խոսքն առաջին հերթին օդային տրանսպորտի, տուրիզմի, հյուրանոցային բիզնեսի, զվարճանքի և ժամանցի ոլորտի, հանրային սննդի, մշակույթի և սպորտի ոլորտների մասին է»,-ասել է Պուտինը` ելույթ ունենալով Եվրասիական տնտեսական բարձրագույն խորհրդի հանդիպմանը, որը տեղի է ունեցել ապրիլի 14-ին` տեսակապի միջոցով:
ՌԴ նախագահը խոսել է նաև ԵԱՏՄ անդամ երկրներում իրականացվող հակաճգնաժամային քայլերի մասին: Նա հիշեցրել է, որ անցյալ ուրբաթ տեղի է ունեցել միջկառավարական խորհրդի նիստ վարչապետերի մասնակցությամբ, ինչի արդյունքում ընդունվել են սկզբունքային որոշումներ` ուղղված կորոնավիրուսի տարածման հետևանքները նվազագույնի հասցնելուն և դաշինքի անդամ երկրներում կայուն սոցիալ-տնտեսական վիճակ ապահովելուն:
Պուտինը նշել է, որ ԵԱՏՄ տարածք սոցիալական նշանակություն ունեցող ապրանքների` սննդի, դեղորայքի, բժշկական սարքավորումների, անձնական պաշտպանության միջոցների ներկրման համար «կանաչ միջանցք» է բացված:
«Համաձայն եմ այն գործընկերների հետ, որոնք ասացին, որ պետք է մտածել այս պրակտիկայի ընդլայնման ուղղությամբ: Այսինքն՝ այս ապրանքներն ազատված են մաքսատուրքերից, պարզեցվել և արագացվել են համապատասխան մաքսային ընթացակարգերը»,-նշել է ՌԴ նախագահը:
Ռուս առաջնորդը նշել է նաև, որ միության անդամ երկրների կառավարությունները պայմանավորվել են սահմանափակել խիստ անհրաժեշտ բժշկական սարքավորումների, դեղորայքի, տեխնիկայի և սոցիալական նշանակություն ունեցող ապրանքների արտահանումը երրորդ երկրներ, որպեսզի դաշնային շուկայում դրանց պակաս չզգացվի, ինչպես նաև օգնել միմյանց հումանիտար օգնություն հասցնելու և առաջին անհրաժեշտության ապրանքներով մատակարարելու գործում:
Առողջապահության համաշխարհային կազմակերպությունը մարտի 11-ին նոր կորոնավիրուսը համավարակ էր հայտարարել: Վերջին տվյալներով՝ աշխարհում գրանցվել է վարակման 1 936 697 դեպք, 120 567-ը՝ մահվան ելքով, ապաքինվել է 447 833 մարդ։ Համաճարակի օջախ Չինաստանի սահմաններից դուրս վարակը տարածվել է 210 երկրում:
