«Մենք երկրում ունենք երկու ուղիղ ընտրություններով ընտրված մանդատ՝ նախագահ եւ Ազգային ժողով, որը ցանկացած պահին կարող է ստեղծել հակասություն՝ վարչապետ, նախագահ եւ Ազգային ժողով: Մենք Սահմանադրությունը փոխելով առաջարկում ենք այս նորմերի վերանայում, որպեսզի հասարակության համար այլեւս անհայտ չմնա, թե ով է պատասխանատու՝ Ազգային ժողովը, թե նախագահը»,- այս մասին «Հայացք» մամուլի ակումբում ասաց ԱԺ ՀՀԿ-ական պատգամավոր Հակոբ Հակոբյանը:
Ասուլիսի մյուս բանախոս Անահիտ Բախշյանն էլ նշեց. «Մեզ ասում են, որ այն մեքենայով, որ գնում ենք, հին է, փչացած է, ահա ձեզ նոր, լավ, նոր մասերով, նոր շարժիչով մեքենա, բայց նույն վարորդով: Բայց մենք այդ վարորդին չենք վստահում: Ինքն անընդհատ օրենք է խախտում, վթարներ է անում, մենք չենք վստահում, իսկ Դուք ասում եք չէ, մեքենան նոր է»:
