Արտակարգ դրությունը երկարացվեց 30 օրով՝ մինչև մայիսի 14-ը։ Տնտեսության որոշ ճյուղերի որոշ ձեռնարկությունների համար հանվեցին սահմանափակումները։ Ուժը կորցրած ճանաչվեց ԶԼՄ-ների նկատմամբ կիրառված դրույթը։ Մինչև 10 հազար դրամի գազ և մինչև 5 հազար դրամի էլէներգիա սպառած բնակիչները կստանան 50 տոկոս փոխհատուցում։ ԶԼՄ-ների նկատմամբ արգելքի վերացմամբ՝ վերահաստատվեց, որ կառավարությունը նվիրված է ժողովրդավարական արժեքներին, հավատարիմ է միջազգային հանրությանը տված խոստումներին։ Մամուլի, խոսքի ազատությունը թույլ կտա խիստ քննադատել իշխանություններին, վեր հանելով բացթողումները։ Այսօր ընդունած որոշման մեջ Կառավարությունը չի ներկայացրել գործող սահմանափակումները մասնակի վերանայելու հիմքերը։ Պարզ չի, թե ինչպես են որոշել, թե որ արտադրություններն ազատեն, որոնք պահեն կարանտինում։ Ինչու՞ են սահմանափակամների թուլացումներն անհավասարաչափ կիրառում։ Միգուցե պանդեմիայի դեմ պայքարի՝ ռիսկերին առնչվող հատվածը ռազմական գաղտնի՞ք է։ Այսօր ընդունված 11-րդ միջոցառումը գազի և էլէներգիայի վերաբերյալ չի ապահովում արդարության և հավասարության նորմերը։ Ըստ վարչապետի՝ «հակաճգնաժամային 11-րդ միջոցառման շրջանակներում շուրջ 222 հազար բաժանորդ կստանան մինչև 7500 դրամի աջակցություն՝ օգտագործած բնական գազի եւ էլեկտրական հոսանքի դիմաց կոմունալ վճարների մասով»: Ինչպե՞ս է պարզվել, թե մինչև 10 հազար դրամի գազ և մինչև 5 հազար դրամի հոսանք սպառած բաժանորդներից քանիսն են սոցիալապես անապահով և աջակցության կարոտ։ «Գազպրոմի»-ՀԷՑ-ի-կառավարության այս ցույցը շնորհակալության է արժանի։ Սակայն նախորդ տարիների փորձը հուշում է, որ նրանց շռայլությունը փոխհատուցվում է։ Ենթադրելի է, որ կբարձրանան գազի և հոսանքի գները, կամ մասնագետների փորձված հնարքներով՝ բաժանորդների հաշվիչները կսկսեն արագ պտտվել, և այս օրերին նվիրված գումարները որոշ ժամանակ անց կհոսեն նույն քսակները։ Պանդեմիայի դեմ պայքարում արդեն շաբաթից ավելի է, որ հնարավոր չի լինում կատարել վարչապետի առաջադրած խնդիրը. oրական 1000 մարդու չեն թեստավորում։ Չնայած թեստային 60 հազարանոց սպառազինությանը, հակագրոհի փորձ չի արվում, պանդեմիայի դեմ պայքարը չի աշխուժանում։ Չկա նորություն բուն հիվանդության բուժման պրակտիկայում։ Օրինակ՝ ապաքինվողների մասին ամենօրյա թարմացվող վիճակագրությունից զատ, կարելի էր նաև տեղեկացնել հանրությանը, թե ինչպես է հաջողվել բուժել ծանր հիվանդին, ինչ մեթոդով, ինչ դեղամիջոցներով։Այսպիսի լուրը հաղթական լավատեսություն կներշնչեր և կմեղմեր կառավարական միջոցառումների նկատմամբ հնարավոր դժգոհությունները։ Թաթուլ Մկրտչյան
