ԱԺ-ն քննարկում է արտակարգ դրությունը 30 օրով երկարաձգելու հարցը (ուղիղ)
SOCIETYԱզգային ժողովն իր արտահերթ նիստում քննարկում է ՀՀ-ում 2020 թվականի մարտի 16-ին հայտարարված արտակարգ դրության ժամկետը 30 օրով երկարաձգելու և ՀՀ կառավարության 2020 թվականի մարտի 16-ի համապատասխան որոշման մեջ փոփոխություններ և լրացում կատարելու մասին հարցը:
Քիչ առաջ կառավարությունն իր արտահերթ նիստում որոշում կայացրեց 30 օրով երկարաձգել արտակարգ դրության գործողության ժամկետը, որը կտեւի մինչեւ մայիսի 14-ը, ժամը 17.00-ն:
Նշենք, որ կառավարության համապատասխան մեջ որոշ փոփոխություններ են կատարվել. մասնավորապես, ուժը կորցրած է ճանաչվում կառավարության որոշման 7-րդ գլուխը, որը վերաբերում էր լրատվամիջոցներին:
Այդ որոշմամբ, ի թիվս այլ կարգավորումների, կսահմանափակվի արտակարգ դրության ընթացքում ՀՀ Հարկադիր կատարումն ապահովող ծառայության կողմից որոշ դեպքերում արգելանք կիրառելու հնարավորությունը:
Այս սահմանափակումը վերաբերում է ՏԻՄ-երի կողմից սահմանված ավտոկայանատեղիի համար տուրքերը չվճարելու հիմքով կայացված ակտերի, ինչպես նաև Ճանապարհային ոստիկանության ակտերի հիման վրա հարուցված կատարողական վարույթներով կիրառվող արգելանքներին, եթե կատարողական վարույթը հարուցվել է 2020 թվականի ապրիլի 14-ից հետո:
Նա հավելեց, որ չկիրառված արգելանքները կկիրառվեն արտակարգ դրության ավարտից հետո:
«Վերջին փոփոխությունը վերաբերում է սեփականության իրավունքի սահմանափակումներին, մի քանի սահմանափակում ենք արել, որով հնարավոր է դառնալու սեփականության իրավունքի ահմանափակում նաեւ ոչ կամավորության հիմքերով»,-ընդգծել է Ռուստամ Բադասյանը:
