Իրավապաշտպան, «Հայրենիք» կուսակցության անդամ Արսեն Բաբայանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրառում է կատարել՝ անդրադառնալով պետական կառավարման համակարգային թերացումներին և մասնավորապես քաղավիացիայի շուրջ վերջին զարգացումներին։ Նա նշել է, որ Ավիացիայի շուրջ վերջին զարգացումներն ամենևին էլ արտառոց չեն, պարզապես Տաթևիկ Ռևազյանի բախտը չբերեց և առաջինը անկախ դիտորդն իր ղեկավարած կառույցը գնահատեց։ Գրառումն ամբողջությամբ՝ ստորև․

Պետական համակարգին ծանոթ եմ ներսից ու բավականաչափ խորը: Այդ խորությունն էլ հնարավորություն է տալիս արտաքին զննմամբ նկատել բազմաթիվ խնդիրներ: Հենց այդ զննությունս էլ փաստում է, որ պետական համակարգի գերակշռող մեծամասնությունում խնդիրների, թերացումների, սխալների պակաս չկա: Պարզապես դեռևս մնացածի նկատմամբ արտաքին անկախ դիտորդություն չի կատարվել:
Այդ դիտորդությունը վաղ թե ուշ լինելու է բոլոր մարմիններում, որն էլ փաստելու է, որ մնացածի հետ համեմատության մեջ ավիացիայում խնդիրներն այնքան էլ ծանր չեն:
