Ռուսաստանն իրականացնում է իր գործողությունը Սիրիայում՝ առանց հաշվի առնելու Անկարայի շահերը: Այդ մասին Haberturk և Show TV հեռուստաալիքներին տված հարցազրույցներում հայտարարել է Թուրքիայի վարչապետ Ահմեթ Դավութօղլուն:
«Ես այստեղ ավելի շատ հոգեբանական ասպեկտ եմ տեսնում, քան ռազմավարական։ Վերջին շրջանում Ռուսաստանն իր որոշ քայլերով շատ հավակնոտ քաղաքականություն է ցուցադրում՝ Վրաստանում, Ուկրաինայում, Ղրիմում: Դրա պատճառով ծայրահեղ ինքնավստահություն է ստեղծվել: Ռուսաստանը, մտնելով Սիրիայի տարածք և իմանալով, թե որքան կարևոր է դա Թուրքիայի համար, հաշվի չի առել թուրքական նախազգուշացումները: Դուք մեր սահմանին սպանում եք մեր հայրենակիցներին, ավելացնում եք փախստականների հոսքը դեպի Թուրքիա, խախտում եք մեր օդային տարածքը: Դա արդեն չափազանց է»,- ասել է Դավութօղլուն:
Նա հավելել է, որ յուրաքանչյուր երկիր, որը Թուրքիայից հարգանք է ակնկալում, պետք է հարգի նրան։
