Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորությամբ կառավարությունում շարունակվում են ամենօրյա ռեժիմով քննարկումները՝ կորոնավիրուսի հետևանքների չեզոքացման ուղղությամբ անելիքների վերաբերյալ։

 

Այսօր կայացել է հերթական խորհրդակցությունը, որի ընթացքում ամփոփվել են կառավարության հաստատած միջոցառումների ամենօրյա մոնիթորինգի միջանկյալ արդյունքները։ Զեկուցվել է տնտեսական և սոցիալական օժանդակության ծրագրերի ընթացքի մասին, ներկայացվել են որոշ միջոցառումների բարելավման առաջարկներ։ Այս համատեքստում Էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Տիգրան Խաչատրյանն անդրադարձել է 3-րդ միջոցառմանը և նշել, որ ներկայացվող հայտերի մի մասը չի բավարարվում, քանի որ դրանք չեն համապատասխանում հաստատված չափորոշիչներին՝ կան ոլորտային, նաև շրջանառության անհամապատասխանություն, հարկային պարտավորությունների ժամկետանց կատարում, հաճախակի  տեխնիկական խնդիրներ: Հաշվի առնելով նմանատիպ դիմումների թիվը՝ խորհրդակցությանը քննարկման առարկա է դարձնել միջոցառման որոշ չափորոշիչների փոփոխության հարցը:

Վարչապետը նշել է, որ քանի որ կորոնավիրուսային վարակի տարածմամբ պայմանավորված՝ նախատեսվում է Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում երկարաձգել արտակարգ դրության ռեժիմը, և կառավարությունը նպատակ ունի աջակցել բիզնեսի՝ հնարավորինս լայն շրջանակի, պետք է անհրաժեշտության դեպքում՝ ընդառաջել գործարար համայնքին, ընդլայնել աջակցության գործիքակազմը։ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հանձնարարել է շահագրգիռ գերատեսչություններին՝ համատեղ աշխատել և ներկայացնել համապատասխան փոփոխությունների նախագիծ։

Հաջորդիվ ներկայացվել են սոցիալական օժանդակության շրջանակի ընդլայնման նպատակով մշակված միջոցառումների առաջարկները։ Քննարկումը ծավալվել է նոր թիրախային խմբերի ներգրավման, ռեսուրսների հասցեականության ապահովման, աջակցության նոր ուղղությունների շուրջ:

Ամփոփելով մտքերի փոխանակությունը՝ վարչապետը հանձնարարել է վերջնական տեսքի բերել միջոցառումների նախագծերը և դրանց կիրառման կարգերը ՝ հաշվի առնելով հնչած առաջարկները:
