Երևանում տղամարդն ԱԺ-ի դիմաց կարել է շրթունքներն ու պահանջում է լուծել իր սոցիալական խնդիրները
SOCIETYՔիչ առաջ արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Երևանում:
Մի քաղաքացի Opel մակնիշի 36 DX 122 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենայի մեջ նստել և բողոքի ակցիա է անում:
Ինչպես հայտնում է Shamshyan.com-ը, նշված քաղաքացին, ով կլինի 30-35 տարեկան տղամարդ, շրթունքների մի փոքր հատված կարել է և հայտարարում է, որ ինքը բողոքի ակցիա է կատարում, քանի որ չի կարողանում իր ընտանիքի անդամների սոցիալական խնդիրները լուծել:
Այս պահին նրա հետ բանակցություններ են վարում ոստիկանության Արաբկիրի բաժնի ծառայողներն ու Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության Փրկարար ծառայության Ճգնաժանային կառավարման Ազգային կենտրոնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ Արթուր Վելյանի գլխավորությամբ:
Ժամանել է նաև ԱԻՆ ՓԾ հոգեբանական կենտրոնի հոգեբանը:
Փրկարարների ու ոստիկանների հետ զրույցում տղամարդն ասում էր. «Սոցիալապես անապահով խավից եմ: 6 երեխա ունեմ, ու հիմա էլ կինս հղի է: Չգիտենք, թե ում դիմենք, որ մեզ էլ նպաստ տան: Երեկ, բարեբախտաբար մի քանի պատգամավորի հանդիպեցի, նրանցից մեկը նույնիսկ ինձ տարավ իր տուն: Սակայն դրանով իմ պրոբլեմները չլուծվեցին»:
Ոստիկանության Արաբկիրի բաժնի ծառայողները պարզում են քաղաքացու ինքնությունը:
Օպերատիվորեն ժամանել է նաև Երևանի 1-03 շտապօգնության բժիշկների հերթապահ խումբը, սակայն այդ տղամարդը հրաժարվում է բժշկական օգնությունից:
Դեպքի վայրում հավաքված մի քանի քաղաքացիներ էլ ասում էին, որ այդ քաղաքացին վերջին ժամանակներս կարծես ավանդույթ է դարձրել նման կարգի բողոքի ակցիաներ իրականացնելը:
