Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը մեզ խոստումներ է տվել, որոնք չի կատարել, նախկին իշխանությունների ժամանակ էլ էր նույնը, հիմա էլ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի պաշտոնավարման ժամանակ է նույնը, հեղափախությանը շատ ենք աջակցել, բայց չգիտենք՝ ուր մնաց: Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հարցախույզի ընթացքում նշեց հայ-թուրաքական սահմանի մոտ գտնվող Բագարան գյուղի բնակիչներից մեկը:

Նրա դիտարկմամբ՝ իրենց գյուղը միայն այս օրերին չէ, որ արտակարգ դրության պայմաններում է ապրում: Ըստ նրա՝ միայն վարկային քաղաքականությամբ հնարվոր չէ գյուղատնեսությունը զարգացնել համայնքային ենթակառուցվածքներն առաջնային նշանակություն ունեն:

«Հիմա խանգարում են գալիս ասում են՝ 3 հոգով հող մի մշակեք 3-րդն ավելորդ է, բայց գյուղատնտեսական աշխատանքները հիմա պիտի արվեն: Այգիներ ունենք, եթե պետությունը մեր ձեռքը մի քիչ այս պայմաններում բռնի, ոտքի կկանգնենք, քաղաքացու համար էլ լավ կլինի: Բազմաթիվ խնդիրներ ունենք, մեր ճանապարհը տեսաք՝ ճանապարհ չունենք, խմելու ջուր, գազ չունենք, միշտ տրանսպորտ չենք ունեցել, էսօր կտրված ենք ռայոնից, ամեն ինչից: Եկել եմ դաշտից օջախում ջուր պիտի տաքացնեմ, որ լողանամ, 80 տարեկան մայրս էլ «ղանթարով« աղբյուրից ջուր է բերում, երբ մենք դաշտերում ենք լինում»,-ասաց նա:

Բնակիչը մանրամասնեց, որ մարզպետը իրենց ասել է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը խոստացել է խնդիրներով զբաղվել, բայց մոտ երկու տարի է անցել, որևէ խնդրի լուծում չի տրվում, ուստի հիմա էլ դժվարանում են հավատալ, որ կորանվիրուսի տնտեսական հետևանքները մեղմելուն ուղղված գյուղատնտեսական փաթեթը կիրականացվի և 0 տոկսով վարկերից հասարակ գյուղացին կկարողանա օգտվել:

Բնակիչներից մեկն էլ նշեց, որ դիմել է բանկ, սակայն ասել են, որ այս պահին իրենք պետության կողմից կարգավորում չեն ստացել: «Վարկերը խոշոր ֆերմերներին կհասանեն, բացի այդ բոլոր վարկերի հետ կապված խնդիրներ ունեն՝ մեկը մեկին երաշախվորել են, կասեն պարտաճանաչ չեք, չեն տա, գյուղացին էլի սկսելու է, նույնն է լինելու: Հեռուսատացույցով ասում են՝ բայց սուտ է լինելու. վերջում կտեսնեք քանի հասարակ գյուղացի կօգտվի: Մեր ճանապարհները նկարեք, գյուղը լրիվ խնդիր է: Պատարագի ձայն չենք լսում, ամբողջ օրը հարևան թուրքական գյուղից առավոտը ժամը 4-ից մոլլայի ձենն ենք լսում, թող մեր խաչը վառի, որ տենան ստեղ հավատով ապրում ենք»,- ասաց բնակիչը:

Բագարանում գյուղացիները նշում էին, որ անցաթուղթը իրենց համար նորություն չէ, միշտ էլ սահմանին մոտ հողերը մշակել են անցաթղթի առկայության դեպքում, հիմա պարզապես անգամ բանջար հավաքելն են սահմանափակել, այնինչ այս օրերին գյուղացիների համար հիմնական եկամտի աղբյուր էր:
