ԵՄ-ից ֆինանսավորվող ծրագրով ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսական ոլորտին կտրամադրվի 456,500 եվրո օգնություն
ECONOMICSԵՄ-ի կողմից ֆինանսավորվող EU-GAIA ծրագրի շրջանակներում կտրամադրվի 456,500 եվրո աջակցություն Հայաստանի գյուղատնտեսական ոլորտին: Այս մասին հայտնում է ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարությունը:
Հայտարարությունն ամբողջությամբ՝ ստորև.
«Սույն թվականի ապրիլի 10-ին, COVID19 ճգնաժամի բռնկման ֆոնին անցկացվեց ներկայումս Եվրոպական միության կողմից ֆինանսավորվող ամենախոշոր ԵՄ Կանաչ գյուղատնտեսության նախաձեռնության ծրագրի (EU-GAIA) առաջին խորհրդատվական կոմիտեի նիստը, որը նախագահում էին Եվրամիության պատվիրակության կողմից Համագործակցության բաժնի ղեկավար Գոնզալո Սեռանո Դե Լա Ռոսան և Միջազգային օգնության / համագործակցության հարցերով պատասխանատու Անդրեա Բաջջիոլին:
Առցանց հանդիպմանը մասնակցում էին ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարի տեղակալ Արման Խոջոյանը, Տավուշի մարզպետ Հայկ Չոբանյանը, Շիրակի մարզպետ Տիգրան Պետրոսյանը, Լոռու մարզպետարանի Գյուղատնտեսության և բնապահպանության վարչության պետ Արտյոմ Շահվերդյանը, Ավստրիական զարգացման համագործակցության Հարավային Կովկասի գրասենյակի ղեկավար Գերհարդ Շաումբերգերը, Հայաստանում ՄԱԿ-ի Զարգացման ծրագրի (ՄԱԶԾ) մշտական ներկայացուցիչ Դմիտրի Մարիասինը, Ծրագրի թիմի ղեկավար Պասկալ Բոկկերսը և այլ ներկայացուցիչներ:
COVID-19-ի ճգնաժամի ընթացքում Հայաստանի ֆերմերներին և վերամշակողներին աջակցելու համար ներկայացվեցին անհապաղ միջոցառումները։ Որոշվեց, որ Եվրամիությունը EU-GAIA ծրագրի շրջանակներում կհատկացնի 456,500 եվրո համաճարակի բացասական ազդեցությունը նվազագույնի հասցնելու համար:
Հանդիպման ընթացքում հաստատվեց գնահատման արդյունքում ընտրված գյուղատնտեսական հինգ արժեշղթաները, որոնց թվում են՝ մրգերը, հատապտուղները, բանջարեղենը, հատիկաընդեղեն մշակաբույսերը, խոտաբույսերը եւ ոչխարաբուծությունը։
Նշված արժեշղթաներում ներգրավված ագրոբիզնեսների աջակցությունը կկենտրոնանա հյուսիսային երեք մարզերի վրա ՝ Շիրակ, Լոռի և Տավուշ: Իսկ օրգանական ոլորտին վերաբերող ծրագրերի օժանդակությունը կընդլայնվի ամբողջ Հայաստանով:
Հանդիպման ընթացքում հաստատվեց նաեւ աջակցության սխեմայի ուղեցույցը, որն ուղղված է օժանդակելոււ ագրոբիզնեսի այն բոլոր դերակատարներին եւ ծրագրերին, որոնց օգնությամբ Հայաստանի գյուղատնտեսությունը կդառնա ավելի Օրգանական եւ Կանաչ, այսինքն՝ առավել կայուն, ներառական, նորարարական և շուկայահեն»։
