Վարորդական իրավունք տրամադրելու գործընթացում փոփոխություններ են կատարվել. մանրամասներ
VIDEO«Վարորդական վկայական ստանալու համար քննություններ ընդունելու և վարորդական վկայական տալու կարգը, վարորդական վկայական ստանալու համար պարտադիր ներկայացնելու ենթակա փաստաթղթերի ցանկը, ազգային վարորդական վկայականների ձևերն ու նկարագիրը սահմանելու և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության 2008 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 18-ի N1158-Ն որոշումն ուժը կորցրած ճանաչելու մասին» ՀՀ կառավարության որոշման նախագծի ընդունմամբ կատարվել են մի շարք փոփոխություններ։ Այս մասին հայտնեցին ՀՀ ոստիկանության լրատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից։
«Նախատեսվել է տեսական քննությունների անցկացումը, բացի հայերեն լեզվից, հնարավոր դարձնել նաև անգլերեն, ռուսերեն, պարսկերեն և արաբերեն լեզուներով։
Ավելացվել է գիտելիքների ստուգման թեստերի հարցաշարը. 10 հարցի փոխարեն սահմանելով 20 հարց, իսկ քննության 15 րոպե տևողության փոխարեն սահմանվել է 30 րոպե։
Գործնական վարման հմտության ստուգման համար նախատեսված տրանսպորտային միջոցները պետք է կահավորվեն տեսաձայնագրող և տեսանյութի արխիվացման համար նախատեսված համապատասխան սարքավորումներով։
Նախատեսվում է տրամադրել «AM» վարորդական իրավունքի վկայական՝ մոպեդ վարելու համար։
Նախատեսվել է գործնական քննությունների ընդունումը՝
«A» կարգի, «AM», «A1» և «B1» ենթակարգերի դեպքում ընդունել միայն ավտոդրոմներում կամ ավտոհրապարակներում, իսկ դրանց բացակայության դեպքում մինչև 2027 թվականը՝ իրական պայմաններում, այսինքն՝ հանրապետության ավտոճանապարհներին կամ փողոցներում։
«B» կարգի դեպքում` միայն իրական պայմաններում։
«C», «D», «BE», «CE» և «DE» կարգերի ու «C1», «D1», «C1E» և «D1E» ենթակարգերի դեպքում՝ իրականացնել և´ ավտոդրոմներում ու ավտոհրապարակներում, և´ երթևեկության իրական պայմաններում, իսկ մինչև 2027 թվականը ավտոդրոմ կամ ավտոհրապարակ չունեցող քննական մարմիններում՝ միայն իրական պայմաններում։
Որակավորման գործնական քննություններ ընդունող քննական մարմնի աշխատակիցները երկու տարին մեկ անգամ՝ 4 օր, և հինգ տարին մեկ անգամ՝ 5 օր տևողությամբ կանցնեն համապատասխան վերապատրաստումներ։ Նշված փոփոխություններն ուժի մեջ կմտնեն 6 ամիս անց»,- ասված է ոստիկանության տարածած հաղորադագրության մեջ:
