Մոնիթորինգ բանկային համակարգում
POLITICSՀՀ-ում և աշխարհում արտակարգ իրավիճակով պայմանավորված, մի շարք խնդիրների հետ մեկտեղ, առաջնային է նաև ազգաբնակչության բանկային վճարումների հարցը։ ՀՀ-ում տարբեր հաշվարկներով կա մոտ 1,5 մլն վարկառու: Իհարկե, սա չի նշանակում, որ հենց այդքան մարդ վարկառու է, խոսքն իրականում վարկային հաշիվների մասին է, բայց թիվն ինքնին բավականին խոսուն է:
Ստեղծված իրավիճակով պայմանավորված, վարկառուների վճարումները բավականին պրոբլեմատիկ են դարձել, քանի որ մարդկանց մեծ մասը մեկուսացված է տներում, շատերն աշխատանքը կորցրել են կամ հարկադիր պարապուրդի մեջ են, շատ գործարարներ վնասներ են կրում և այլն։
Ճիշտ է, կառավարությունը մի շարք ծրագրեր է ներկայացրել, սակայն վարկերի մարման խնդիրը դրանով չի սահմանափակվում: Այս ամենը հաշվի առնելով՝ բանկերը որոշակի զիջողական քայլերի են գնացել՝ վճարումների հետաձգումների մասով:
«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով՝ իշխանությունները պատրաստվում են մանրամասն մոնիթորինգ անցկացնել, որպեսզի ուսումնասիրեն, թե ֆինանսական ինչ հարվածներ կարող են հասցվել բանկերին, փորձում են նաև գնահատել այդ ռիսկերը։ Ի դեպ, մտահոգություններից մեկը կապված է նրա հետ, որ մեր քաղաքացիները, անկախ իրենց այս պահի վճարունակությունից, զանգվածաբար չօգտվեն այս իրավիճակից։ Ի վերջո, այդ վճարումները վաղ թե ուշ կատարվելու են:
