Պատրաստման եղանակը՝
Արևածաղկի սերմերը լվացեք և լցրեք տարայի մեջ, վրան սառը ջուր լցրեք և դրեք կրակին: Երբ ջուրը սկսի եռալ, իջեցրեք կրակը և շարունակեք եփել ևս 2 ժամ: Այնուհետև խառնուրդը քամեք: Երբ հյութը սառչի, օրվա ընթացքում 1 բաժակ խմեք: Այս հյութից հետո արյան ճնշումն անմիջապես կկարգավորվի: Այս ըմպելիքը խորհուրդ է տրվում նրանց, ովքեր հաճախ են բարձր ճնշում ունենում:
2. Թրջոցներ արյան ճնշումն իջեցնելու համար
Արյան ճնշումն անմիջապես իջեցնելու համար ձեզանից կպահանջվի 6%-անոց քացախով թրջոցներ: Բամբակյա լաթը թրջեք քացախի մեջ և դրեք հատակին: Կանգնեք թաց կտորի վրա, այդ ընթացքում մերսեք քունքերն ու ծոծրակը քացախի մեջ թրջած բամբակով: 10-15 րոպե անց ստուգեք արյան ճնշումը:
Ուշադրություն. Պետք չէ կանգնել լաթի կտորի վրա 15 րոպեից ավելի, այլապես ճնշումը կարող է ընկնել:
3. Կարգավորեք արյան ճնշումը սոխի միջոցով
Միջին չափի սոխը դրեք տարայի մեջ և վրան սառը ջուր լցրեք, թողեք թրմվի ամբողջ գիշեր: Առավոտյան թուրմը պատրաստ կլինի. ստացված հյութը խմեք առավոտյան՝ դատարկ ստամոքսին: Սոխը պետք չէ մի կողմ նետել, այն կարող եք օգտագործել ճաշերի մեջ: Ամբողջ գործողությունը կատարեք երեկոյան: Այս գործողությունը խորհուրդ է տրվում կատարել ամեն օր՝ երկար ժամանակ:
