Մեզնից յուրաքանչյուրը գիտի, որ ատամի խոզանակը պետք է փոխել 2-3 ամիսը մեկ: Ցավոք ոչ բոլորն են հետևում այս կանոնին:

Փոխարենը ոչ բոլորը գիտեն, որ սանրերը, բարձերը և հողաթափերը անհրաժեշտ է որոշ ժամանակը մեկ փոխել: Ամեն ինչն ունի պահպանման վաղեմության ժամկետ, բայց մարդիկ ոչ միշտ են հիշում, որ դրանք պետք է դեն նետել: Իհարկե մենք հակված ենք կապվելու մեր հին իրերին: Շատ կանայք կարծում են, որ իրենց հին հողաթափերն աշխարհի ամենահարամարավետ հողաթափերն են և դրանից այլևս չի գտնի:

Կարծում եք դա ձեզ չի՞ վերաբերում: Այդ դեպքում ասացեք, թե վերջին անգամ երբ եք փոխել սրբիչները:

Եկեք իմանանք, թե որ իրը որքան ժամանակը մեկ է պետք փոխել:

1. Սանր: Սանրը պետք է փոխել տարին մեկ: Բացի այդ շաբաթը մեկ այն պետք է լվանալ:

2. Ատամի խոզանակ: Ատամի խոզանակը իսկական մանրէների պահեստարան է, այդ պատճառով այն անհրաժեշտ է փոխել 3 ամիսը մեկ:

3. Սրբիչներ: Սրբիչը իդեալական միջավայր է մանրէների վերարտադրության համար և այն պետք է փոխել 1-3 տարին մեկ:

4. Օծանելիք: Օծանելիքի պահպանման ժամկետը 1-3 տարի է՝ կախված նրանից փակ է տուփը, թե բաց:

5. Կրծքկալ: Կրծքկալը պետք է դեն նետել հագնելուց 1–2 տարի հետո: Այս ժամկետից հետո այն կորցնում է իր ճիշտ ձևն ու էլաստիկությունը:

6. Բարձեր: Բարձերը պետք է փոխել 2–3 տարին մեկ, քանի որ այն ևս կորցնում է իր ձևը և մանրէների առաջացման համար ևս հիանալի միջավայր է:

7.Ալյուր: Ալյուրը կարելի է պահպանել 6 –ից 12 ամիս՝ կախված դրա տեսակից:

8. Հողաթափեր: Հողաթափերը հարմար վայր է սնկային ինֆեկցաների առաջացման համար: Դրանք անհրաժեշտ է փոխել ամեն 6 ամիսը մեկ:

9. Մեքենաների մեջ հարմարացվող մանկական նստարան: Մեքենաների համար նախատեսված մանկական նստարանները կորցնում են իրենց ձևը օգտագործելուց 6 տարի հետո. նշանակում է դրանից հետո այլևս հնարավոր չէ ապահովել երեխայի անվտանգությունը:

10. Համեմունքներ: Համեմունքները պահպանվում են 1 –ից 3 տարի: Աղացած համեմունքները անհրաժեշտ է դեն նետել 6 ամիս պահպանելուց հետո:
