Արման Թաթոյանը՝ ադրբեջանցու սպանության մեջ մեղադրվող հային ՌԴ արտահանձնելու մասին
BLOGՄարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանն իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է.
«Հայաստանում կալանավորված, ՌԴ իրավապահ մարմինների կողմից հետախուզվող Միսակ Լազարյանի իրավունքների հարցով երեկ ինձ է դիմել նրա փաստաբան Արկադյա Գևորգյանը։ Դիմել են նաև Ազգային ժողովի մի շարք պատգամավորներ:
Փաստաբանը բարձրացրել է ինչպես Միսակ Լազարյանին չհանձնելու, այնպես էլ Հայաստանում ապաստանի տրամադրման հարցերը:
Տեղյակ եմ, որ Գլխավոր դատախազությունը հանձնման հարցով դեռ որոշում չի կայացրել, և հարցը գտնվում է քննարկման փուլում:
Վաղն իմ որոշմամբ կնախաձեռնվի վարույթ և հանձնման ու ապաստանի հարցրեով պարզաբանումներ ու անհրաժեշտ տեղեկություններ ստանալու հարցերով կհասցեագրվեն գրություններ, կձեռնարկվեն օրենքով նախատեսված քայլեր։
Քանի որ փաստաբանը նշել է, որ Մ.Լազարյանը հայտարարել է հացադուլ, այդ հարցը նույնպես կլինի մեր ուշադրության ներքո»:
Նշենք, որ օրեր առաջ Yerkir.am-ը ահազանգել էր, որ Հայաստանը ՌԴ-ին է արտահանձնում է 2011թ. ՌԴ–ում ադրբեջանցու սպանության մեջ մեղադրվող հայ Միսակ Լազարյանին։շ՝ անվանելով դա «անթասիբ որոշում»։
Այսօր էլ «Սասնա ծռեր» կուսակցությունն էր հանդես եկել այդ որոշումը դատապարտող հայտարարությամբ՝ անվանելով այն «դավաճանական գործընթաց»։
